To make a cake for 6-8 servings you need:

  • 250 premium flour
  • 10 g baking powder

Bake over medium heat, covered, for 4 minutes. from each side. If necessary, before baking any cake, grease the pan with vegetable oil.
  4. Once the cake has been baked for the indicated time, turn it over and bake – without the lid – for another 30-60 seconds.
  5. Place the baked shortcakes on a table covered with a towel or baking paper. Cover them with a towel to prevent them from drying out. The shortbreads should cool completely. Cut them with a pastry ring 18 cm in diameter. The ring should be a couple of cm smaller in diameter than the frying pan.
  6. For the cream, beat the sour cream and sugar first at low speed, then at high speed until fluffy and fluffy, 7-10 minutes. The sugar should dissolve.

  3. Add eggs, milk and melted butter to the dry consistency, whisking with a fork until smooth. Stir. The dough mixture should resemble pancake dough, only a little more liquid.
  4. Add berries and stir gently.
  5. Place the dough into microwave-safe molds. Fill them to approximately ¾ of the way up.
  6. Bake at 850 W, 90 sec. The baking time will depend on the power of the microwave and the volume of dough in the pan, so check the readiness of the cake and, if necessary, bake it again at the same power. Cool the cupcakes and serve, decorated with berries, cream or jam.

Frisky cake in the microwave in 5 minutes

Today, almost every kitchen has a microwave. But most housewives usually use it only for heating dishes or making hot sandwiches. From time to time they think about it if you need to quickly defrost something. That's all! But this device is multifunctional and suitable for creating real works of culinary art.   1. Sugar must be stirred until completely and completely dissolved. Its grains can become charred in the microwave, and the “smell” of burning will in no way improve the memory of the cake. If you use ready-made baking solutions, you will have to pay especially close attention to kneading.
  2. It is necessary to add more water (water, juice, kefir, milk) to the dough than is usually indicated in recipes for gas or electric stoves, otherwise the baked goods will turn out very dry. When adjusting the recipe for the microwave, add an additional spoon of water for each egg introduced according to the recipe.
  3. If the baked sweet contains fruit, the lowest oven energy level is selected.
  4. The inside of the cake bakes faster than the outside. If visually it still seems damp, inside it is almost ready.
  5. If the package with the baking product does not indicate the time for cooking in the microwave, take a quarter of the calculated time for the oven.

Walnut cake

There are a huge number of recipes according to which you can prepare a “frisky” cake in the microwave. But the one offered here is more popular among housewives. It doesn't even need adding flour! Take a glass of nuts - all the ones you like and which are enough for your home budget. They are practically crushed into dust. Most chefs use a coffee grinder for this purpose. Three eggs are carefully ground with 3 (with a good heap!) spoons of sugar - until white. The mixture is poured into nut flour, a spoonful of baking powder is added, and the dough is kneaded until smooth. It comes out quite watery. The mold is either greased or lined with baking paper.

In order for a nut cake in the microwave to not only bake but also become fluffy in 5 minutes, you need to take a mold with a small diameter, about a liter in volume. Otherwise, there is a risk of getting a dry and flat pancake. The microwave is turned on at full power (900 W) for 5 minutes. Subsequent actions depend on your tastes. The cake does not require a long soaking time - the dough is very tender. You can cut it into two shortcakes, grease it with any cream and eat it right away. You can simply pour melted chocolate over it.

"Coconut Happiness"

Another wonderful cake (it bakes perfectly in the microwave in 5 minutes, so it’s also suitable if you have guests at one point). Three tablespoons of butter are melted, mixed with an egg, 4 tablespoons of sugar and 3 of milk. Once the mixture becomes homogeneous and the sugar dissolves, add coconut shavings (two spoons), flour (four), a spoonful of baking powder and vanilla sugar. The dough comes out with a mixture of good sour cream. It is poured into a mold and placed in the microwave for 5 minutes, again at the highest energy. In the meantime, the syrup is being prepared: three tablespoons of sugar are dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water and a spoonful of coconut is poured in. As soon as it boils, you can remove it from the heat and pour over the cake cut into shortcakes. The top is decorated with whipped cream and the delicacy is served to the family.

Strawberry vanilla cake

What's good about a microwave oven? The fact that any pastries can be prepared in it very quickly, using an ordinary clay cup. A cake in the microwave in 5 minutes is no longer a big deal! And a couple of minutes will be enough. Get personal cakes. For two servings, mix a spoonful of soft butter, two pieces of granulated sugar, a large egg, half a spoonful of vanilla and cinnamon, a whole spoonful of baking powder and a quarter cup of flour. When the dough becomes homogeneous, chopped strawberries are carefully mixed into it, and the mass is poured into huge cups. People interested in baking know how tender and airy it turns out when using semolina. To produce sweetness, half a glass of semolina is mixed in the same volume of kefir and left to swell for half an hour. Then an egg is driven into a bowl with the mass, sugar (half a glass) and cocoa are poured - two full spoons. After mixing, the dough is supplemented with half a glass of flour mixed with a spoon of baking powder. Lastly, the vegetable oil is poured in - a quarter cup. The dough should not be very thick, otherwise the manna will turn out hard. The base is poured into a mold and placed in the microwave for 6 minutes. For the cream, beat half a glass of sour cream with a quarter glass of sugar. Before eating, you will have to wait a little until the dish is soaked.

"Zebra" cake

Typically, baking in the microwave is done with one cake, which is then divided into the required number of parts. But this dessert should be whole and striped, as in the photo. The cake is prepared in the microwave in the same way as it is done in the oven: for the dough, beat one and a half cups of sugar with 3 eggs, after the consistency has whitened, add one and a half cups of flour, a spoonful of slaked soda, two tablespoons of butter and a third of a cup of sour cream. After painstaking kneading, the dough is divided in half, and two tablespoons of cocoa powder are poured into one part. The dough is poured into the mold one by one from both containers, in random stripes. The cake will bake at maximum for the same 5 minutes. It is lubricated with condensed milk (200 grams), whipped with 200 grams of butter and 4 tablespoons of cognac.

Curd cake

The main component is cottage cheese (it is better to take low-fat one). A pack of product is carefully ground with 2 eggs, half a glass of sugar and 2 tablespoons of oatmeal. For more airiness, it would be great to use a mixer or food processor. A spoonful of baking soda or baking powder is added to the resulting mass. Since this is another cake in the microwave in 5 minutes, this time is displayed on the display. The power is, again, the greatest. The cream used is sour cream, whipped with sugar in the proportion you like.

Orange cake
