  • peas
  • salt - as needed
  • sunflower oil – 50 g

Making ham salad:

This salad needs to be laid out in layers.

  1. First you need to cut the ham into strips onto a plate and coat it with mayonnaise.
  2. Grate coarsely hard-boiled eggs onto the sausage and also pour mayonnaise over it.
  3. Next will be the champignons, which before this need to be cut and fried in a frying pan with sunflower oil. But before placing it on the next layer, it is necessary for the mushrooms to cool down.

Ingredients:

  • Beef (cut) – 200 g
  • Pomegranate - 1/2 pcs.
  • Champignons – 150 g
  • Walnuts – 50 g

  • Salad mayonnaise - approximately 100 g (to taste)
  • Garlic - 1 clove
  • Refined oil - for frying
  • Ground dark pepper - a pinch (to taste)

Making meat salad with mushrooms and pomegranate

Wash the beef slices well, dry them, cut them into large pieces. Place the meat in a heated frying pan with oil, fry on both sides until the desired degree of doneness (10-15 minutes), add salt.

Fry the champignons separately (also until the desired degree of doneness). Give the fried ingredients time to cool briefly on a cardboard napkin, which will absorb excess oil.

Peel the onion, cut into half rings, and pour over boiling water. It is better to tear the lettuce leaves with your hands.

Chop the walnuts a little using a knife. (If desired, the nuts can be lightly fried in a dry frying pan, stirring, for about 15 minutes, and peeled from the thin skin.)
