- 2 cloves of garlic;

Remove the zest from the 1st lemon and squeeze the juice out of it, cut the 2nd into slices. Mix the zest and juice with chopped garlic, oil, spices and chopped thyme.
Remove the tail and head from the fish, then thoroughly wash it inside and out. Make several shallow transverse cuts on the carcass. Rub the pink salmon with salt and pepper and coat well with the marinade. Insert pieces of lemon into the cuts, place the remaining ones inside. Then put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 30–40 minutes.
Place pink salmon in foil and wrap tightly. Bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200°C. Then open the foil and cook for the same amount of time.

Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes;
- 1–2 onions;
- 600 g pink salmon fillet or steaks;
- salt - to taste;
- pepper - to taste;
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
- 80–100 g butter;
- 80–100 g sour cream.
Manufacturing
Cut the potatoes into small pieces, the onion into quarters. Season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice, and then brush with melted butter (use about ⅔) and sour cream. Transfer it to a baking dish.

- 400 g pink salmon fillet or steaks;
- salt - to taste;
- pepper - to taste;
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice;
- 1 onion;

- 60 ml soy sauce;

- 50–60 g rice;

- Mix sour cream and mayonnaise in a bowl, add chopped herbs and spices that you like with fish.
- Before deliciously cooking pink salmon in the oven, dip the cooked pieces into the marinade. Gently stir so that everyone is covered.
- Peel the vegetables and rinse. Grind using the comfortable method.
