- 50 gr. butter;
- 150 gr. cheese;
- 1 onion;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- oregano, basil - in equal proportions.
Manufacturing:
- Warm up the drink. It shouldn't be very hot. Add a little sugar and yeast into it. Stir. Leave for a quarter of an hour.
- Sift the flour. Form a slide out of it and make a depression. Break one egg into it and pour in the drink with yeast. Add vegetable oil. Knead the dough. Form into a ball and place in a warm space for an hour.
- While the dough is resting, boil the potatoes. Grate it on a medium grater.
- Chop the onion into cubes and fry. Mix with potatoes.
- Add a raw egg and a piece of softened butter to the filling. Stir.
- Roll out the dough, place it in a mold or on a baking sheet. Place the potato filling on the layer. On top is grated cheese mixed with squeezed garlic and spices.
- Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.

Ingredients:
- 400 gr. flour;
- half a glass of milk;
- 1 tbsp sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- 1 tsp dry yeast;
- 3 potatoes;
- 1 onion;
- 150 gr. cheese;
- 300 gr. meat (you can take pork, beef, chicken);
- black pepper;
- 1 yolk.
Manufacturing:
- Before cooking, warm the food to room temperature.
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in heated milk.
- Sift the flour, mix it with a pinch of salt. Pour in butter and milk with yeast. Knead the dough. Form into a ball and place in a warm space for an hour.
- Prepare the filling. Cut the meat into cubes. If you use pork or beef, then cook the meat until half cooked (stew or fry with salt and black pepper). Chicken does not require preparatory treatment.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes, the onion into half rings. Mix these products with meat.
- Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll each into a layer of similar size.
- Place the dough on a baking sheet, then the meat filling. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cover the pie with the second layer and pinch the sides.
- Mix the yolk with a small amount of cold water and pass through a sieve. Grease the pie with the purchased melange.

- Roll out the dough into a flat cake. Place the filling in the center. Pinch the dough and press it with your hand so that the product comes out flat.

- 2 layers of puff pastry;
- 5-6 potatoes;
- a bunch of fresh spinach (you can use frozen);
- 300 gr. hard cheese;
- 6 eggs;
- 1 tsp snow-white sesame;
- a pinch of salt.
Manufacturing:
- Boil the potatoes and grate them on a medium grater. Add grated cheese, finely chopped spinach and 5 raw eggs. Stir and lightly salt the filling.
- Roll out the dough. Both layers should be of similar size.
- Place the first layer on a baking sheet, without the filling. Cover the top with a second layer and pinch. Brush with the yolk of 1 egg. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

- Potatoes - 3 medium-sized pieces;
- Russian cheese - 150 grams;
- Suluguni - 150 grams;
- Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams;
- Onion - 1 piece;
- Sunflower oil - 20-30 g;
- Butter - 50 g;
- Salt, pepper - to taste.
The total cheese must be 450 grams. You can change the type of cheese or its proportions based on your own preferences. - We grate all the cheeses on a large grater and mix thoroughly.
- Cut the dough prepared in advance into 2 parts. One of them must be a little larger than the other. Grease a deep baking dish with sunflower oil so that the cake does not burn. We roll out a huge part and place it in the mold in such a way that we have the highest sides.
- Next, lay out the onions, potatoes and cheese layer by layer. On top add dark ground pepper or any other seasoning that you like.
- Cover the workpiece with a second sheet of dough and pinch it together with the bottom layer on the sides. Brush the top of the pie with egg yolk or sunflower oil and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 60 minutes.

If you have ready-made homemade or purchased yeast dough, then a pie with raw potatoes and cheese can be prepared very quickly - in one or two minutes! I often, or rather, almost always, have a piece of frozen yeast dough in my freezer. There is a habit of making more dough (for pizza or pies) than needed, and freezing the excess. This happens more often with pizza, so I don’t always understand how many eaters will stop by the table on Friday. Therefore, specifically defrosted yeast pizza dough was used for the pie. The website is full of tried and true recipes for yeast baking, so grab one!
A variety of cheeses are also suitable: semi-hard, pickled, etc.
To make a pie with potatoes and cheese, prepare the ingredients according to the list for the recipe.
For the inside, peeled potatoes must be thinly cut into circles with a knife, on a cheese grater or using a food processor. If the cheese is quite salty, then there is no need to add salt for the potatoes.
Simply grate, slice or crumble the cheese for the inside, depending on its type.
Roll out the dough into a narrow rectangular piece, for example a square.

Start by making the pita pie inside. Peel the potatoes, boil in salted water until tender, drain and mash.
To fill, in a separate bowl, mix sour cream with eggs and add salt to taste.
Grate the cheese on a large grater.
Add finely chopped greens to the insides and stir well.
Grease a heat-resistant dish with butter. Place a sheet of lavash in the prepared pan, leaving loose ends on both sides.
Spread the potato filling sparingly onto a sheet of lavash.
Sprinkle a little less than half of the grated cheese on the potatoes.
Raise the ends of the pita bread, place it on top of the potato insides with cheese and pour over sour cream filling, using approximately half of the available size.
Cover with a second sheet of pita bread, so that part of it hangs out of the mold. This will be the lid of the pie.
Spread the remaining potato filling onto the pita bread.
Sprinkle the filling with grated cheese. Throw in a little cheese to sprinkle on the finished pie.
Cover the pie with the remaining portion of the pita bread and coat with the remaining portion of the filling.
Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 200C for 30-40 minutes until the pie is golden brown. About 5 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle with grated cheese and return to the oven to melt the cheese.
