Ingredients:

  • chicken fillet – 350 g;
  • mushrooms – 200 g;
  • hard cheese – 70 g;
  • vegetable oil – 30 g;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.

How to cook chicken rolls with mushrooms

Wash the chilled chicken fillet and dry it on napkins. Then cut into slices so that they can comfortably wrap the filling.

Salt and pepper the pieces of meat to add flavor to the chicken. Spices can be used to taste - paprika, dried Provençal herbs and others.

It’s good to beat any piece of meat so that thin plates come out, but you shouldn’t peel it too much so that holes don’t form.

In advance, fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil with salt and pepper to taste. Fry the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, then cool, draining the remaining oil, or place the mushrooms on napkins that will absorb excess fat. You can use any mushrooms for the recipe; most often you can buy champignons or oyster mushrooms, they are always on sale.

Place a few fried mushrooms and blocks of hard cheese on the edge of the chicken meat. It’s better not to put a lot of entrails, otherwise the rolls will be difficult to wrap and they may unravel.

Roll up chicken fillet rolls with insides. If there are not very many insides, then they will keep their shape perfectly. If anything, the rolls can always be chipped with toothpicks.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and place the rolls seam side down. We have a frying pan with a removable handle, which you can simply remove and bake in the oven. Bake the rolls in the oven for 25 minutes at 190-200C until an appetizing and golden brown crust appears. Due to the fact that our rolls do not have toothpicks, you can simply bake them and not be afraid that the toothpicks will spoil the appearance of the dish. The chicken is quickly baked, and the inside is ready. So in 20-25 minutes the dish will be ready.

Place the finished dish on plates and serve while the cheese is hot and melted inside.

You can prepare such a dish before sitting down at the table on New Year's Eve (that is, the dark time of the day) . Or you can bake the rolls in advance and then simply reheat them in the microwave.

For a gala feast or family dinner, prepare delicious and unique chicken rolls in a frying pan. They are prepared with the inside - our version is fried mushrooms and cream cheese. We used oyster mushrooms, but you can swap them for champignons. The inside is perfectly mixed with the chicken meat, the dish comes out filling and nutritious.

You can serve them with any side dish - boiled potatoes, spaghetti or rice. Also serve them with the freshest herbs and vegetables, they are constantly mixed with chicken meat. The rolls can be fried in little time, because the recipe uses chicken fillet - it is tender and tasty, and also cooks quickly. There is no need to clean anything or separate it from the bones, just cut the fillet into slices, roll them into rolls with a tasty interior and quickly fry them in a frying pan.

Mushroom interior with cheese is the right decision. But you can also experiment by adding pickled cucumber and hard cheese to the filling instead of cottage cheese.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 250 g.
  • Mushrooms (oyster mushrooms) – 150 g.
  • Soft curd cheese – 70 g.
  • Vegetable oil – 40 g.
  • Salt, dark pepper - to taste.
  • Fresh herbs for serving.

How to cook:

1. Wash the oyster mushrooms well, cut into strips - this is a perfect shape for the inside.

2. Fry the mushrooms for 5-7 minutes, stirring in a frying pan with a small amount of oil. Fry over moderate heat, adding a small amount of spices - salt and pepper. Place the fried mushrooms on a plate and cool.

3. While the mushrooms are cooling, prepare the meat. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it on napkins, then cut into long slices.

4. Beat the chicken fillet with a hammer, lightly salt and pepper on each side. The plates should become flat and thin - this will make the rolls easier to roll.

5. Place about a teaspoon of mushroom innards on one edge of the meat.

6. Add a medium amount of soft curd cheese on top - also about 1 tsp.

7. Roll the chicken rolls, pressing the filling tightly.

8. Heat the oil in a frying pan, turn the heat to medium, place the rolls seam side down so that they are immediately sealed in the oil and do not unfold.

9. Fry for 3-4 minutes, then turn over and fry for the same amount of time. Then reduce the power, cover the pan with a lid and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes.

The finished dish is delicious both hot and cold. Serve to the table, garnished with fresh herbs.
