How to cook pasta casserole with minced meat? The best recipes for pasta casserole with minced meat and cheese in the oven

Hello my dear guests. Pasta dishes are one of my family's favorites. I, as a housewife, constantly have to come up with something new from these products in order to vary my own dining table. Pasta casserole is, as they say, “a good decision.” Not enough time is spent on production.

Pasta casserole with minced meat

It is better to take a product from hard types of wheat. Category A is indicated on the package of pasta, which means it is, take it with confidence. Below I offer you two simple, quick and delicious step-by-step recipes. Prepare and enjoy this delicious dish.

Dish with minced meat and cheese

My grandmother prepared this recipe for me when I visited her in the village for the summer as a child. Now I do it for my own family and every time at the level of thoughts I say thank you to my own grandmother for teaching me this method. After all, it is so filling and so tasty.

For this dish I use store-bought “homemade” minced meat (mixed beef and pork). I take whatever pasta I have on hand. I prefer Russian cheese.

  • Homemade minced meat - 500 gr.
  • Pasta - 400 gr. (1 pack)
  • Onion - 2 pcs.
  • Cheese - 200 gr.
  • Testicles - 4 pcs.
  • Milk - 200 ml. (1 glass)
  • Salt pepper

Boil the pasta and drain the water.

Grate the cheese on a small grater.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes and fry until golden brown.

Then add minced meat, salt, pepper and fry for about 5 minutes.

While it’s frying, we have time to create the sauce - mix the eggs with milk and add grated cheese, mix again.

Place half of the pasta on a baking dish greased with vegetable oil, then add the fried minced meat and onions, cover the remaining pasta on top and pour in the prepared sauce.

Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees. The top layer should be browned.

So how? Is it really fast and simple? Now try the taste. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Cooking casserole with cheese and tomatoes

This recipe was given to me by the great Yandex guru. I have already tested it on my own family, which earned me a burst of applause. Now I can quietly recommend it to you. Cooking time takes a little longer than the previous method, because certain products have been added. The creator of this recipe advises using homemade minced meat, but I again used purchased “homemade” minced meat.

  • Pasta - 400 gr.
  • Minced meat - 1 kg.
  • Cheese - 300 gr.
  • Tomatoes - 4 pcs.
  • Medium onion - 2 pcs.
  • Salt, spices
  • Milk - 1 l.
  • Flour - 4 tablespoons
  • Butter - 100 gr.
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Place the pasta in a saucepan, add water and cook until tender, then drain the water.

Remove skin from tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Lightly fry the diced onion in vegetable oil, add the minced meat, fry for another 5 minutes, then add the tomatoes and simmer for 20 minutes.

Now let's prepare the sauce. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add flour and mix well, fry lightly and pour in milk. Stir constantly until it turns out like sour cream.

Then put the pasta in the mold, pour 1/2 of the sauce over it, put the minced meat on top, pour out the remaining sauce. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and put in the oven for 25 minutes.

Serve hot. Thanks to the creator for this recipe. I am sure that if you try it, you will not remain indifferent.

Well, that's all for now. I will continue to amuse you with delicious and affordable recipes. See you in subsequent articles.
