  • After drinking tea, it is not recommended to go outside and engage in physical activity; it is better to wrap yourself in a warm blanket and take a nap;
  • It is not allowed to eat fatty or heavy foods before drinking tea, so as not to put additional stress on the digestive system.

Are pregnant women allowed?

Despite all the benefits of ginger, it has a number of contraindications. Namely, it is not allowed to be taken during pregnancy, especially in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.
