Add grated cheese, chopped onion, drink, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
Spread the pita bread with the consistency given to us and roll it up.

Break 2 eggs into a bowl, add a couple of tablespoons of cream, mix and dip the pies in the eggs, fry the pies for 1 minute per side. Lazy lavash pies with meat are prepared very quickly.

If you are going outdoors with a group, naturally, a hearty lunch in the form of a barbecue will be just right. But if you escaped into the forest only with your family and just for a couple of hours, believe me, new vegetables and a couple of sandwiches will be enough to spend this summer day with your family. Yes, don't forget the ball too!
This is all great, but I want to stop at a snack for a picnic or just for a snack.

For lavash pies, you will need Armenian lavash, minced meat, eggs, milk, yogurt, and vegetable oil.
Prepare the sauce for coating the pita bread. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt and shake well with a fork.

Recipe for “Lavash pies with minced meat”:
Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until light golden brown.
Add minced meat and fry until the reddish color disappears and the water evaporates.
