Buns are one of the favorite desserts for tea, and in situations where you need to quickly create something for tea, they are perfect, since there are very simple recipes for making them, according to which you can bake fragrant, savory buns in a matter of minutes. We will tell you specifically about such recipes.

1. Quick yogurt buns

Useful: 350g flour, 300g yogurt, 1 tbsp. vegetable oil, 2 tsp. sugar and baking powder, 1.5 tsp. salt.

How to make frisky buns with yogurt. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, sugar. Mix the yogurt and butter, add the flour mixture little by little and knead the dough. Place the dough on a floured surface, divide into 8-10 similar parts, form into buns, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. You can roll the buns in sugar before doing this. Bake in an oven preheated to 210-220 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until cooked and browned.

You can add dried fruits, vanilla to such buns, and if you want them to be unsweetened, then herbs, seeds, poppy seeds, and sesame seeds are suitable.

2. Quick buns with milk

Useful: 2 cups flour, 2/3 cup milk, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 3 tsp. baking powder, ½ tsp. salt.

How to make buns with milk. Turn on the oven at 220 degrees in advance. Mix the flour with baking powder and salt (you can add sugar for sweet buns or herbes de Provence, oregano, basil for savory ones), combine with the watery ingredients and mix. Form the dough into a small round cake about 3-4 cm high, and use a mold or glass to cut out buns from the dough. Bake for about 20 minutes or until browned, placing immediately in a preheated oven.

The sweet version of these buns can be sprinkled with sugar on top (preferably brown sugar).

3. Quick buns with kefir and butter

Useful: 400g flour, 100g sugar, 250ml kefir, 175g softened butter, ¾ tsp. salt, ½ tsp. baking powder and soda.

How to make buns with butter and kefir. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees in advance. Sift the flour, mix with baking powder, soda, salt, add butter, grind into coarse crumbs with a fork, pour in the drink and mix immediately, roll half of the dough into a ball, flatten it into a flat cake, use a glass or cutters to cut out 6 buns, or cut a circle into 6 triangles, repeat with the remaining dough. Place the buns on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

If desired, the top of the buns can be greased with kefir and sprinkled with sugar.

4. Quick yeast buns

Useful: 20-25 tbsp. sifted wheat flour, 1 glass of milk, ¼ glass of vegetable oil, ½ glass of water, 1.5 tsp. dry yeast, ½ tsp. salt without a slide, sugar to taste.

How to make frisky buns with yeast. Stir yeast in water, add 2 tbsp. flour, leave in a warm place until fermentation, you can put the glass in a bowl of warm water. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees. Pour the yeast mixture into a large bowl, add milk and butter, add sugar and salt, mix, then knead the dough, adding flour evenly - the dough should become soft and non-sticky. Divide the dough into 50g balls, flatten into flat cakes up to 2cm wide and place on a greased sheet. Use a knife to cut the tops of the buns full width, leave for 5 minutes and then bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked and browned. Quickly brush the finished buns with cool water and cover with a towel.

These buns can be prepared in a savory version with grated onions, herbs or herbs.

5. Quick sweet buns

Useful: 6 ¼ cups flour, 4 large eggs, 1 ¾ cups milk, ¾ cup softened butter, ¼ cup sugar, 1 tbsp. baking powder.

How to make sweet frisky buns. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees, cover a baking sheet with parchment. Mix flour, salt, baking powder and sugar, create a hole in the middle, pour oil into it, knead the dough with your hands. Beat 3 eggs with milk, pour into the flour mixture, stir. On a surface dusted with flour, roll out the dough into a layer 2.5 cm wide, cut out the buns, and place them on a baking sheet. Beat the outermost egg, coat the buns, sprinkle sugar on top and bake for 12-15 minutes or until cooked and browned. Cool the finished buns on a wire rack.
