Soften the butter in the microwave. Mix it with cottage cheese, flour, sugar, salt, baking powder. The dough should be soft, flexible, but not sticky. Place the resulting mass in the refrigerator for 40-50 minutes.

Roll out the chilled dough; the thickness of the cake should be no more than 5 ml. Sprinkle generously with sweet sand and roll out again, pressing the sugar into the soft surface.

To form the ears, on one side we roll the cake into a pipe to the middle. On the second side we do the same, and later we cut the workpiece into individual cookies 1 cm wide.

Place the beautiful ears in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, and cook until golden brown!
