Salmon salad recipes will be appreciated not only by gourmets, but also by everyone who cares about their health and figure. This fish is rich in vitamins (A, B, D), minerals (potassium, phosphorus, calcium) and an abundance of other substances necessary and necessary for the body, including Omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants.
Constant but moderate consumption of salmon helps strengthen the cardiovascular and musculoskeletal systems, improves the activity of the brain (the central part of the nervous system of animals and humans) , liver and kidneys.
An appetizing salmon salad, as in the photo, will help you avoid such serious illnesses as heart attack, cancer, diabetes and Alzheimer's disease. But salmon is a fairly fatty fish, the calorie content, depending on the processing method, is 200-300 kcal, so people with excess weight, gastritis or liver diseases should consume it in limited quantities.
