Remove the mulled wine from the heat and let it brew for 15 to 20 minutes. Add sugar and stir.

Strain through a strainer into glasses, garnish with a cinnamon stick and a slice of lemon and serve.

Mulled white wine with apples and mint

This recipe with mint made me hesitate at first, but I still decided to make it and did not regret it. The combination of mint with lemon and apple left behind a very pleasant aftertaste.

We will need:

  • Dry snow-white wine – 750 ml. (1 bottle);
  • Huge apple - 1 pc.;
  • Carnation buds – 3 pcs.;
  • Cinnamon - 1 stick;
  • Lemon - 2-3 slices;
  • Mint - 5 leaves;
  • Honey - to taste.

Wash the lemon and apple under running water. We cut the apple into cubes, and cut a couple of circles from the lemon.

Place the fruits and spices together with mint leaves in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Open the wine and pour it into the pan with the spices. Put the pan on the fire.

Stir, bring the mulled wine to 75 degrees or until the first small bubbles appear.

Remove the mulled wine from the heat and let it brew for 15 to 20 minutes. Add honey to mulled wine when it cools to 45 degrees. At this temperature, honey will retain its beneficial characteristics.

Pour the desired drink into glasses. For decoration, add a slice of lemon and apple to the glasses. Let's serve!

Mulled white wine with orange and cardamom

And this mulled wine will warm you up perfectly and let you sweat if you have a cold. You need to drink it before going to bed and immediately go to bed. Thanks to the ginger included in its composition, a cold person will warm up perfectly. Wine will relax you and allow you to fall asleep until the morning.

We will need:

  • Semi-dry snow-white wine – 750 ml. (1 bottle);
  • Cane sugar - 2-3 tbsp;
  • Fresh oranges – 2 pcs.;
  • Cardamom - 4 grains;
  • Cloves - 4 pcs.;
  • Ginger - 0.5 tsp.

Wash oranges with water. Remove the zest from them and squeeze out the fresh orange juice.

Pour the freshly squeezed juice into a heat-resistant pan. Add zest, cane sugar and spices there. Place on low heat and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Open the bottle of wine and pour it into the pan. Bring the mulled wine to 75-80 degrees and remove from heat.

Leave covered for another 10-15 minutes and pour into glasses. Serve hot wine with straws to avoid getting burned.

Mulled white wine with raspberries

This is probably the most romantic mulled white wine. I liked everything about this recipe: the taste of wine with raspberries + vanilla, and the color of mulled wine. The mulled wine turned the color of a sea sunset due to the added raspberries. Overall, I really liked it!

We will need:

  • Snow white wine – 750 ml. (1 bottle);
  • Fresh raspberries - 300 gr.;
  • Granulated sugar – 2 tbsp;
  • Natural vanilla - 1 pod.

Place raspberries (can be frozen) and sugar in a saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour in snow-white cheap wine.

We put the saucepan on the fire. And we cut the vanilla pod into several parts and also add it to the saucepan.

The method for making mulled wine is still the same - bring the mulled wine to a temperature of 75-78 degrees and remove from the heat.

Simmer the warming drink under the lid for 10-15 minutes and serve.
