Another recipe that was made the next day. I added reddish and green peppers and a little green onions to the filling, and instead of smoked cheese I used regular hard cheese.

It took me 15 minutes to prepare, the omelette took 15 minutes to cook. In total it took 30 minutes to make.

  • 80 g grated cheese
