  • a pod of reddish chili pepper;

  1. First you need to squeeze the juice out of the lemons. You can create this either manually or using a juicer.
  2. Peel the ginger root, wash and grate on a large grater.
  3. Crush 4 cloves of garlic with the flat side of a knife. Remove the husks. Chop the garlic as finely as possible.
  4. Remove an ordinary stick of butter from the refrigerator in advance. Let it warm up to room temperature - the oil should be soft. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, freshly squeezed juice, add 50 ml of soy sauce, a couple of teaspoons of watery flower honey, ginger and garlic prepared in advance. Beat the mixture with a regular whisk or mixer until the mixture is homogeneous. Add softened butter to the mixture and repeat beating.
  5. It is also better to defrost shrimp in advance using a natural method, without resorting to the microwave. This way they will remain juicy and retain all the flavor. After defrosting, they must be washed, the shell and black vein removed. Then sprinkle with salt and freshly crushed black pepper.
  6. After preparing the shrimp for grilling is completed, you can begin the frying process with a clear conscience. Seafood should be placed several pieces on wooden skewers. Then the formed kebabs must be generously greased with garlic sauce. This can be done either with your hands or with a pastry brush.
  7. Fry the prepared kebabs on a preheated grill over direct heat. Production time is two minutes on each side.

The perfect drink to go with shrimp is a glass of cool beer or dry wine.

Sour cream + tequila

A truly royal dish can be prepared by frying tiger prawns on the grill and serving them with an unusual sauce based on sour cream and tequila.
