In order to prepare puree soup from celery stalks, you first need to prepare its main ingredient - celery. Celery trunks are painstakingly washed under running water and cleaned of dirt and sand. Because celery stalks have rather coarse fibers, this can become a problem at the chopping step, so they are cut crosswise into small pieces.

Onions, garlic cloves and carrots are peeled and peeled. Finely chop the onion and carrot. The garlic clove is halved and cut into several pieces.
