    Remove the shell and transparent shell from the eggs. Remove the skin from the boiled potatoes. Prepare the smoked pink salmon by removing the skin and bones.

    Thoroughly wash the rice under the tap, pour water into the pan, add salt and bring to a boil. Add the cereal. Cook for fifteen minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Then drain in a colander to drain the liquid. Wait for it to cool down. Transfer the rice into a deep cup for easier mixing of the ingredients of the dish.

    Cut the squid into small pieces. Add along with mussels to rice. Remove skin and bones from salmon. Cut into small cubes. Pour into a cup.

    Season the salad and stir well with a gloved hand. Arrange on small plates in a heap, garnishing with a mussel and a squid ring on the side.

    With sprats and olives

    • 240 g sprat in oil;
    • 200 g pitted olives;
    • 4 boiled eggs;

    Cut the onions and carrots into strips. Fry in sunflower oil over medium heat for three minutes. Cool.

    Remove the skin from the fish and remove the bones. Finely chop the boiled potatoes and chop the parsley. Drain the can of corn.

    Place the prepared foods in a bowl, reserving a little corn for decoration. Season, add salt to taste, stir well. Arrange among salad bowls, garnishing with a sprig of parsley and corn on top.

    With pickled cucumbers

    • 350 g smoked mackerel;

    The Mimosa recipe is a common treat that everyone is used to seeing on the table at any feast. But if you want to amaze your guests with something special, then this time prepare a salad with smoked fish. Products that will be useful:

    • fresh eggs - 6 pieces (the yolks should be colorful);
    • smoked fish - 300–400 g;
    • 2 pieces of medium potatoes;
    • one large onion;
    • sweet and sour apple - 1 piece;
    • mayonnaise - 250 gr.

    It will take about 2 hours to prepare the dish. Boil the potatoes with their skins on, cool, peel and grate. Place the pan on low heat, add the eggs and cook for 10 minutes. Cool the eggs in cool water and remove the shells. Separate the yolks and whites: mash the yolks with a fork, and finely chop the whites with a knife. Cover the plates so that the product does not dry out. One onion needs to be finely chopped; you can use a grater. Fill with hot water, add salt and leave for 20 minutes to get rid of bitterness. Later, squeeze and dry slightly.

    We cut the fish into pieces, carefully removing the bones. Later, mash with a fork or grind in a blender. Place the prepared ingredients in the refrigerator for a couple of minutes so that they become the same temperature. We take a wide, but not deep dish and lay out half the potatoes in an even layer. The next layer is fish, we take exactly half of the prepared one. 3rd layer - onion, pour mayonnaise over everything. The next layer is made from half of the chopped proteins, then potatoes. Place fish on top. Now we need to grate one apple on top. Quickly grease with mayonnaise and cover with another layer of proteins. Lightly pour mayonnaise and sprinkle with yolks. Leave it for a couple of hours to soak, and the layered salad with smoked fish “Mimosa” is ready.

    Regular Olivier with smoked fish

    We got used to Olivier a long time ago and cook it often. To avoid getting bored with the recipe, we recommend changing the meat. Olivier salad with smoked fish is made from the same products.
