Cottage cheese cake with low oil content and the smell of lemon is a very soft, tender and savory dessert.

Let's prepare the ingredients needed for the lemon curd cake.

Grind soft butter with sugar.

Add cottage cheese, mix.

Beat in the chicken eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly each time.

Rinse the lemon, then grate the zest on a small grater.

Add lemon zest to the dough and stir.

Add soda to the dough and squeeze the juice from a lemon slice onto it. The soda will begin to react with the juice, wait 1 minute.

Then add flour to the bowl and mix the dough well.

Pour the dough into a baking dish greased with vegetable oil. Bake the lemon curd cake for approximately 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

The finished curd cake with lemon comes out “tanned” and shiny. If desired, the cake can be sprinkled with sweet powder.

  1. Separate the whites and yolks of the eggs. Cover the whites with a lid and leave them in the refrigerator for now.
  2. Grind the softened margarine with sugar, add one yolk at a time and mix thoroughly until the mass becomes homogeneous.
  3. Grind the cottage cheese with a sieve or in a blender. Remove the zest from the citrus, chop on a small grater and add to the curd mass, then combine with grated margarine and yolks.
  4. Remove the seeds from the lemon pulp and cut it into small pieces. Add soda and mix. Transfer to the main dough.
  5. Add flour and stir until smooth.
  6. Beat the whites with a mixer until stiff and add to the dough, kneading gently with a spoon.
  7. Grease a baking pan with oil, line it with parchment paper, pour in the dough.
  8. Bake at 200 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes. You can check readiness with a toothpick.
  9. After finishing baking, first cool the cake, then remove it from the pan. You can also cook in silicone molds, the manufacturing principle will not change.

If desired, you can put candied fruits in the dough, and before serving, sprinkle with sweet powder, prepared glaze or pour over condensed milk.

Before you start baking cottage cheese cake with lemon in a bread maker, you need to take into account some tips:

  1. Knead the dough in a separate container or in a food processor.
  2. Before cooking, place parchment paper in the bowl of the bread machine so that the edges come out. It is important to coat the base with oil. This will prevent the bottom part from burning and simply remove the dessert after it is ready.
  3. A cake with lemon curd in a bread machine will be the most tender. This is explained by a different temperature regime, it is similar to “languoring”.

  • a small spoon of soda, extinguished with citrus juice;
  • a pinch of vanillin and a spoon of cocoa (optional).
  1. Mix the eggs with sugar, beat, then add all the remaining ingredients. Add flour last to achieve a suitable mixture.
  2. Transfer the dough into a microwave-safe mold or a regular mug. Cook for 10 minutes at 350 W and another 5 minutes at 500 W.

Manufacturing:

I really like the lemon taste in everything, that’s why my current baked goods will also be with lemon, this is a lemon curd cake, it’s very simple to make, but at the same time, it’s subtly delicious.
To make it you will need these products:
flour (200 grams), cottage cheese (250 grams), lemon, 3 chicken eggs, sweet sand, 30 grams of butter.

Remove seeds from lemon. If anyone does not like the corresponding lemon bitterness, then you need to do the following: remove the lemon zest with a grater, we will need it. Carefully, with a sharp knife, remove the snow-white part of the lemon, it is precisely this that gives bitterness; place the remaining lemon pulp, peeled from seeds, into a blender. I like a slight bitterness, so I ground it completely (without seeds).

30 grams of butter or 1 heaped tablespoon
