Fish is a unique representative of the aquatic world, which is prepared with pleasure by almost all chefs, both for an ordinary lunch and for a gala dinner. Also, one of the features is that you can prepare a huge number of different dishes from fish - from oven-baked fillet to pie or pizza.

This frisky fish pie made with kefir takes almost an hour to prepare. For cooking, you won’t need to take a huge amount of ingredients; ready-made fish can be replaced with canned fish.

  • Wheat flour 1.5 cups
  • Chicken eggs 2 pcs
  • Baking soda ½ tsp
  • Drink 1 glass
  • Vegetable oil 1 cup
  • Pollock 1 piece
  • Bay leaf 1 piece
  • Green onions 20 gr
  • Sour cream 20% 2 tbsp
  • Salt, spices - to taste

With potatoes and saury

Fish pie with kefir is a fairly satisfying dish that can be whipped up in the oven. If it seems that one fish will not be enough, you can dilute the filling with canned fish or potatoes.

  • Wheat flour – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Drink – 1 tbsp.
  • Vegetable oil – 3 tbsp.
  • Soda – 0.5 tsp.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Saira – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 g.
  • Potatoes – 1 pc.
  • Greens – 50 g.

The manufacturing process includes the following:

Step 1. Mix the drink with soda and mix thoroughly, then add the egg, butter and salt. Mix everything thoroughly and slowly add wheat flour. The mixture should not be watery, but similar to thick sour cream.

Step 2. Open the canned fish, drain all the liquid and mash with a fork until smooth. Peel the potatoes, grate them together with the cheese, add finely chopped herbs and mix with the canned food.

Step 3. Pour half of the dough into the baking dish, place the mixed filling on it, and cover with the remaining dough on top.

Step 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the pie inside, bake for 20 minutes. Once this has passed, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and bake for another 20 minutes. The degree of readiness can be checked using a skewer or toothpick. If, after piercing the pie with a toothpick, it remains dry, the dish is ready.

Step 5. Serve the dish to the table.

On mayonnaise with rice in the oven

Frisky fish pie with kefir is a fairly lean dish. If you have concerns about how “rich” it is, you can prepare a version with mayonnaise and rice, which will be the most fatty and high-calorie, and also the most satisfying.

List of required ingredients:

  • Sour cream – 250 g.
  • Mayonnaise – 250 g.
  • Chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Flour – 7 tbsp.
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp.
  • Soda – 0.5 tsp.
  • Onion - pcs.
  • Saira – 150 g.
  • Rice – 0.5 cups.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
  • Salt - to taste.
  • Ground pepper - to taste.

Production time: 1 hour.

Step 1. The dough is prepared quickly; for it you will need to mix eggs, flour, salt, sugar and sour cream. A good result is that the resulting mass should be a homogeneous mixture similar to thick sour cream. Place the prepared dough aside and begin preparing the filling.

Step 2. Cut the onion into half rings or cubes and fry until golden brown, transfer to a plate. Drain the oil from the canned food and mix with the fried onions.

Step 3. Cook the rice, add to the saury and onion, stir. Mix everything with mayonnaise to get the juiciest interior. If desired, saury can be replaced with other canned food.

Step 4. Place a small amount of dough in a baking dish, top with filling, and fill with the remaining dough.

Step 5. Place the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 35-40 minutes. Willingness to inspect with a toothpick, knife or skewer. Liquid (not yet ready) dough will remain on the toothpick.

Step 6. Serve the finished dish to the table.

Kefir pie with fish entrails

In general, nothing complicated. and in general, as always, you need to put away the food from the refrigerator, and give your sweetheart the rest of the food))) So I thought and thought and remembered that I had often baked pies from kefir dough, which is very ordinary, but the inside is my imagination , however, inspired by one wonderful recipe of my friend Anechka (AnnaBlokhina). In general, it turned out interesting and very good!

Recipe for “Kefir pie with fish entrails”:

Pour 1 cup of flour into a bowl and mix with salt. Pour the drink into another bowl and add soda to it and mix well, the soda, in turn, is quenched with kefir, it becomes “shaggy” and foams slightly. Here we pour it into flour.

Add the eggs there and begin to carefully combine with a whisk.

But now we begin to evenly pour the 2nd glass of flour into the dough, mix carefully, add flour until the dough becomes a mixture of thick sour cream. It took me less than a glass, of course it depends on the flour.

So.
Now about the insides. Any options are possible. Perfect for this dough - cabbage, but... (someone) NEEDED canned fish. And a piece of cheese had to be added. And. I took a can of canned food (I love mackerel). The oil combines, but not completely, so that it is not completely dry. Mash with a fork.

Grate the cheese on a large grater. 100 grams, I think, will be enough, although whoever likes it, next time I’ll take a little more)))

We also grate the potatoes (raw) and add herbs. I haven't run out of frozen dill yet - this option seemed better to me than the dried sprigs in the adjacent vegetable stall. Well, of course, we mix everything.

Place half of the dough on a baking sheet, add a moderate amount of filling to the dough, and then top with the second half of the dough. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, and bake our pie for 30-40 minutes (I usually reduce the temperature to 180 in the middle)

Bake until golden brown. I don’t have any punctures with this dough, no matter how hard my oven resists, the top still browns perfectly)))

Fish pies made with kefir dough are always tasty and satisfying, this is a good idea for dinner or lunch. And if you bake them with delicious fish, then you can put them on the table for guests. Usually, the inside of the baked goods consists of canned food, but you can eat raw fillets of any fish.

We have already baked delicious pies with canned saury , and you can get acquainted with the best recipe. In addition to these canned foods, take containers with mackerel, tuna, and sardines. And it doesn’t matter whether they are in oil or in their own juice. For satiety, add rice and potatoes to the filling. Here are the best examples of fish pastries, choose and roll up your sleeves.

Jellied fish pie on kefir with canned fish

The pie is baked on a fairly watery dough, but if you haven’t encountered something similar before, don’t let that scare you off. Everything will be perfectly baked. The baked goods will turn out fluffy and very tasty.

Use for dough:

  • Flour - 0.5 kg.
  • Drink – 0.8 liters.
  • Testicles – 4 pcs.
  • Sweet sand – 2 huge spoons.
  • Salt – 2 small spoons.
  • Soda (baking powder) – 1.5 small spoons.
  • Sunflower oil – 6 huge spoons.
  • Canned fish (tuna, mackerel) – 300 gr.
  • Testicles – 4 pcs.
  • Green onions - a few feathers.
  • Pepper, salt, sesame.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt, sugar, and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.

Pour in the drink. I advise you to get the drink in advance so that it comes to room temperature. Pour in a measured amount of oil. Beat the contents of the bowl with a mixer.

Sift the flour, enriching the product with oxygen. In several approaches, add to the mass, painstakingly kneading each new portion.

The dough will come out quite liquid and will simply drip off the spoon, as in the photo.

Transfer the canned fish from the container to a plate. Use a fork to separate large pieces into the smallest fractions.

Chop the pre-cooked eggs into cubes and chop the green onions. Combine them in one bowl, stir.

Place the eggs and onions into canned food. Add salt and pepper, stir thoroughly - the inside is ready.

Place baking paper on a baking sheet and pour half of the prepared dough.

Place the filling and smooth the top.

Pour the remaining mixture over the pie.

Sprinkle generously with white sesame seeds.

Place in the oven on the middle rack for exactly one hour. The temperature in the oven is 180 o C.

Bulk pie with reddish fish on kefir dough

I love this production option the most, since it uses reddish fish.

  • Reddish fish, no matter what – 400 gr.
  • Flour - a glass.
  • Semolina – ½ cup.
  • Drink – 300 ml.
  • Testicle.
  • Big onion.
  • Butter, melted – 50 gr.
  • Salt - a small spoon.
  • Sugar – ½ small spoon.
  • Baking powder - the same amount.
  • Pepper, salt.
  1. Fillet the fish and cut into small pieces. Place in a bowl, sprinkle with pepper and salt. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Pour flour, semolina, baking powder, and salt into a deep bowl. Stir the contents.
  4. Make a small hole in the center and pour in a little kefir. Beat in the egg, soft butter, and start kneading the dough. Add more drink as you go. You will end up with a watery batch. Leave it to “set” for 10 minutes.
  5. Fry the onion cut in a frying pan. When it becomes transparent, remove from the stove and cool slightly.
  6. Grease a heat-resistant pan with butter. Pour out some of the mixture.
  7. Scatter sautéed onions over the surface of the dough. Arrange the fish pieces.
  8. Fill the filling with dough and smooth it out. Bake the fish pie at 180°C for 30 minutes.

Kefir fish pie with potatoes

The pie will not turn out to be puffy; it is, rather, a casserole with entrails made from potatoes and canned fish.

  • Drink – 250 ml.
  • Potato is a tuber.
  • Onion.
  • Canned pink salmon - jar.
  • A couple of eggs.
  • Flour - a glass.
  • Soda – ½ teaspoon.
  1. Pour the drink into a bowl, add eggs, soda, slaked with citric acid. Add flour in portions and knead the dough. The dough mixture will be identical to thick sour cream.
  2. Cut the potato tuber into soup strips.
  3. Pour half the mixture into the bottom of the mold. Scatter the potato strips.
  4. Remove the fish from the container, draining the oil first.

  • Drink – 0.5 liters.
  • A couple of eggs.
  • Canned food - a jar.
  • Green onions - a bunch.
  • Rice – 200 gr.
  • Seasonings for fish.
  1. Cook the rice in advance, wash and cool.
  2. Knead the batter from the products stated in the recipe.
  3. Drain the liquid or oil from the canned food container.
  4. Cut a bunch of green onions into cubes. Mix onions with rice and fish.
  5. Pour half of the mixture into the bottom of the ovenproof dish.
  6. Distribute the filling. Cover with the 2nd half of the dough.
  7. Preheat the oven to 180°C and set the timer for 40 minutes. Bake the cake, then remove from the mold. Cover with a towel and wait to cool.

Frisky open fish pie with kefir

I love quick baked goods. Even when you come home from work, quickly knead the dough and send the pie to bake, you will have time to do everything. Get yourself in order and pay attention to your family. The taste of the pastry is somewhat reminiscent of fish pizza with a crispy cheese crust.

  • Drink – glass.
  • Flour - a glass.
  • Testicle.
  • Soda – 0.5 teaspoon.
  • Cheese - a piece.
  • Green onions, dill.
  • A couple of eggs.
  • Canned mackerel – a jar.
  1. Boil the eggs in advance.
  2. Open a can of canned food and drain the oil. Place the fish in a plate and mash. Add chopped herbs, onions, eggs.
  3. To make the dough, combine fermented milk drink, egg, flour, and baking soda. Make a batch.

Ingredients

Wheat flour – 400 g

Butter – 40 g

Baking powder – 1 tbsp.

Interior:

Large potatoes – 1 pc.

Fish fillet – 350 g

Green onion – 30 g

Salt and pepper - to taste

Egg yolk for greasing the dough - 1 pc.

Step-by-step recipe with photos and videos

First, prepare all the necessary products for making fish pie with potatoes using kefir.

Add flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl and stir.

Beat in an egg, pour in the drink and melted butter, and you can melt it in a saucepan or in the microwave.

Knead a thick dough, cover the bowl with cling film and set aside for 30 minutes.

Advice! Add flour in parts - you may need more or less.

During this period of time, wash, peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes, cut the fish fillets into the same pieces, and place in a bowl.

Pour boiling water over it, maybe together with the potatoes, and after a minute drain the water. This needs to be done so that during baking the fish does not release excess juice, otherwise the dough will become soggy.

If the fish is not very liquid, you can skip this step.

Add finely chopped green onions, mayonnaise (sour cream), salt, pepper and stir.

Roll out the dough on a work surface with a rolling pin or stretch it with your hands and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Place the potato and fish filling on top - as shown in the photo. Make cuts on the sides.

Fold the strips of dough towards the center, as if braiding them, or simply secure the edges - whichever you prefer.

Using a pastry brush, brush the surface with yolk and place in an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 1 hour.

Check readiness with a knife or skewer: if the potatoes are soft, the kefir fish pie with potatoes is ready.
