  • Ready dough – 500g (yeast or puff pastry)
  • Ordinary ordinary cheese, for example “Dutch” or “Russian” -70g
  • Mozzarella cheese – 100 g
  • “Blue” cheese (blue), for example “Dorway Blue” - 30 g
  • Curd cheese, for example “Almette” – 50 g
  • Fresh parsley
  • Basil 7-10 small leaves
  • Tomato paste or ketchup – 2 tbsp.

Let's start making pizza by cutting the onion into half rings, and also cutting sausages, tomatoes, crab sticks and salmon into small pieces. Not a bad dish for meeting guests, for a Saturday evening or just a tasty snack. Anyone can make a delicious pizza using this simple recipe. And especially to enjoy it in someone’s company while watching a good movie.

I also recommend trying to cook sausages in dough in the oven; for this purpose they are no worse suited for us. It’s not at all difficult to create them from ready-made dough.

What is necessary?

– dough – 0.7 kg;
– sausage – (2 types, boiled and served) 300 g each;
– tomatoes – 3-4 pcs.;
– bell pepper – 1 pc.;
– pickled cucumbers – 2-3 pcs.;
– cheese – 150-200 gr.

What can I add?

Greens - dill, green onions (just not a lot), basil, marjoram, rosemary.

Spices and seasonings - salt, paprika, after the ingredients are laid out on the dough, but not yet covered with cheese.

How many servings can you get?
In our case, 12-15 pieces came out. Depends on the size of the piece, the amount of dough, the thickness of the dough layer, as well as the size of the baking sheet.

Process of making pizza in the oven

Taking into account that pizza consists of several global components, such as a dough base, interior, grated cheese. Then our pizza making process will be divided into subsequent stages.

Preparing the pizza base.

We have already written about how to prepare store-bought dough. But you can repeat the main points.

The yeast dough should be placed in a bowl/vessel, kneaded earlier and left to rise, after 1-2 hours knead again, after about an hour you can cook.

If the dough is frozen, then you should wait until it melts, then work as usual.

Making pizza insides.

If you use the listed ingredients, then they do not really need preparatory heat treatment.

In this case, preparing the interior comes down to the fact that it is necessary to cut all the components. It is not necessary to follow the cutting order, except that it is better to cut the tomatoes on the outermost ones, otherwise they will give a lot of juice.

Cut the sausage into cubes. Because this is a regular recipe, you can get by with just one type of sausage. But several were more interesting, so we took boiled and smoked (in fact, any kind of cervelat would do).

Next, chop up the lightly salted cucumbers (if you don’t have them, it’s okay). “Butts” are actually not used in cooking, so you can mercilessly write them off as waste (or chew them up).

Before cutting the bell pepper, you should wash it and remove the center with the seeds (either with a radial movement of the knife, or cut in half and remove from each half). It doesn’t hurt to rinse it with cool water again and after that you can safely chop it into cubes.

Grate the cheese, either on a large grater or finely. Coarsely grated cheese looks better on pizza, baked with a special mesh. And the smaller the chips, the more they will melt in the oven. Therefore, the choice here is for everyone.

If it takes you a lot of time to make the inside of the pizza, then it is also better to grate the cheese closer to the end. Because as usual it dries out.

Tomatoes, like any other vegetables, should be washed before cutting, and the crust should be removed at the point of attachment to the bush (with a triangular cut). And cut into pieces of similar size.

Let's prepare pizza from store-bought dough in the oven.

Grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil to prevent burning.

At this point, you can already preheat the oven by turning on 180-200°C (flame a little higher than average) 15 minutes before placing the baking sheet with pizza there.

Roll out the pizza base dough.

The risen finished dough should be kneaded before production. To roll it out properly you will need wheat flour. You should sprinkle it on the surface where you will turn the dough into a narrow layer, as well as on your hands and rolling pin, so that it does not stick or tear.

After using longitudinal and transverse movements of the rolling pin, roll out our dough into a pancake 0.5-1 cm wide (preferably less than 1 cm). It's better not to put a thick base on the pizza. Otherwise, the taste of the dough will overwhelm the taste of the inside.

And transfer our “pancake” to a baking sheet, for which you can wrap it on a mountain and unwind it on the baking sheet. This way you will maintain its integrity and protect it from stretching and tearing. It is best to grease with homemade tomato sauce for pizza, or at least ketchup.

Then, layer by layer, place all the components of our interior sparingly on the rolled out dough, fold the edges and sprinkle with seasonings, herbs and grated cheese.

The recommended order is boiled sausage, cucumbers, peppers, smoked sausage, tomatoes and cheese on top. In fact, this is just called layer by layer, in fact, all the products are placed approximately in the same plane, otherwise the pizza would be very thick.

The curled edge can be greased with oil.

Baking pizza in the oven.

After all the operations done, put the baking sheet with our pizza in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the dough is baked (the thinner the dough, the less time).

Once the pizza is ready, remove it from the oven and place it on a cutting board. Cover with waterproof paper and a towel on top. Let it sit for 10 minutes. This will make the crust softer. After that you can cut and enjoy.

In the store we buy frozen pizza dough (a large narrow crust), good-quality sausage, cheese, tomatoes in their juice without skin for the sauce, or good tomato sauce and quickly bake the dish in the oven.

Homemade pizza from ready-made dough with cheese and sausage in the oven will turn out very fragrant if you use a mixture of Italian herbs. Salami or raw smoked sausage are excellent choices for sausage products. We bake the pizza in the oven at the highest temperature for about 5 minutes, it comes out very narrow and superbly tasty.

  • Pizza base (25-26 cm) – 1 piece;

How to make pizza from ready-made dough with cheese and sausage in the oven

1. For production, you can use 1 large cake or 2 small ones. The main thing is that they are thin. 20 minutes before the start of production, remove the frozen base from the packaging and place it on a board. It must thaw one hundred percent and become soft.

2. Cut the raw smoked sausage into thin circles (14-15 pieces) and separate them.

3. Grate the cheese on a large grater. You can use any hard cheese or replace it with brine Mozzarella, which is what is added to real Italian pizza.

4. A very important ingredient is the sauce; the taste of the dish depends on it in almost everything. We use canned peeled tomatoes in our juice. Place them together with the juice in a bowl. They can be replaced with good tomato sauce (3-4 tbsp.). There is no need to have any mayonnaise on pizza.

5. Salt and chop the tomatoes with a submersible blender.

6. Pour the prepared sauce onto the defrosted base and distribute it moderately, retreating from the edges by 1-1.5 cm.

7. Place the sausage slices on the sauce at a distance from each other.

8. Cover everything with crushed cheese. Do not add dried herbs yet, otherwise they will burn and add a nasty taste to the pizza.
