Waffle rolls in a frying pan are crispy and thin. Very tasty, rolls up perfectly. You can fill it with any cream that you like: custard protein, butter with boiled condensed milk, cottage cheese, with nuts, and so on.

Ingredients

  • wheat flour – 200 g
  • milk – 100 ml
  • chicken eggs – 3 pcs.
  • butter – 100 g
  • sugar – 150 g
  • vanilla sugar – 0.5 tsp.
  • salt – 1 chip.

Manufacturing

In a mixer bowl, combine eggs, salt, sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat into fluffy snow-white foam.

Pour in milk and melted butter. Beat everything again with a mixer until smooth.

Add flour and mix with a mixer so that there are no lumps. The dough will turn out thick, it will flow from the spoon, but it will not actually spill into the pan itself, so you need to spread it with a spoon or silicone spatula.

Heat a non-stick frying pan, I used a pancake pan. It must be dry, in other words, there is no need to lubricate it with anything. So, put 1-2 tablespoons of dough on the frying pan and immediately level it with a spatula dipped in water - the thinner the cake, the crispier the tube will be (if you put 1 spoon of dough, the tubes will be small, and if you put 2 spoons, then larger and the longest ones). Just don't make them fat! Spread as thinly as you can so they will crisp up.

Bake on both sides until golden brown.

Take it off and immediately roll it into a tube, so when it cools down, you can’t twist it, it will break.

Fill the completely cooled tubes with your chosen contents (I used cream with boiled condensed milk) and you can help yourself! Have a nice tea party, friends!

Ingredients

small sugar – 110 g;

ground dry ginger – 4 g;

wheat flour – 125 g;

watery honey – 125 g.

1. Cut the butter into pieces and place in a small bowl. Place it over a saucepan of bubbling water and melt, stirring. Add honey and sugar to the melted butter and keep in a water bath until completely dissolved. Remove the bowl from the heat and cool the contents.
