  • Chicken egg – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 70 g (or its substitute);
  • Baking powder – 1.5 teaspoons;

  • Sesame, flax, poppy seeds, coconut flakes - optional for decoration;

How to make these cookies

Pour sugar, salt into a bowl with sour cream and beat in one egg. Mix well until the sugar dissolves and a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Combine corn flour with baking powder, then add it to sour cream and knead into a soft dough.
