  5. Try it. If the drink is very thick, dilute it with boiled or still mineral water. Beat again.

With cucumber and broccoli

  • a large greenish apple;
  • 3 broccoli florets (fresh or boiled);
  • half a cucumber.

Wash and clean all ingredients. Beat to an appetizing fluffy mass. Serve immediately with wide drinking straws. If it is too thick, dilute with still mineral water or boiled water. And beat again.

Apple-carrot

  • 1 medium greenish and reddish apple each;
  • 1 juicy small carrot;
  • 70 ml carrot juice.

Peel the root vegetable, wash it and, together with the clean apple pulp, finely chop it. Place in a blender bowl and pour in the juice. Grind.

If you don’t have a juicer at hand, you can get carrot juice like this: grate the peeled carrots on a small grater or chop them in a blender. Squeeze the juice out of the resulting mass through several layers of gauze.

With kefir and mint

  • 3 medium-sized apples (of any variety);
  • 300 ml low-fat kefir;
  • a pinch of ground cinnamon;
  • watery honey to taste;
  • mint for decoration.
  1. Wash the apples, remove the stems, cores, and peel, if desired. Cut into small pieces.
  2. Place fruit slices in a blender and add kefir. Beat for a few minutes.
