We prepare all the ingredients for making diet pizza. We will need: narrow pita bread, hard cheese, chicken fillet, tomatoes and bell peppers.

You can create a large pizza, covering the entire pan, or a small one.
I only made pizza for myself, so I made it small. Place the narrow pita bread on the table, place a plate of a suitable size on it and cut out a circle with a knife.

Place a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet and lavash on it.

We put the filling on the pita bread; for me it’s tomatoes and bell peppers. I used frozen vegetables, it would be even better with fresh ones.

Then lay out the chicken fillet, cut into small pieces.
For this pizza recipe, you can use either boiled or oven-baked chicken fillet.

On top is hard cheese grated on a small grater.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place a baking sheet with diet pizza in it for 5-7 minutes.
Be careful, because the pita bread is very narrow and can burn, so use your oven as a guide for timing. Remove the finished pizza from the oven and place on a plate.

Serve diet pizza to the table.

Diet pizza with tuna on narrow lavash. PP snacks

My regular readers know that a diet (Diet is a set of rules for eating food by a person or other living organism) is not a death sentence. And even the most harmful sweets, it would seem, can be prepared from the right products, turning them into completely healthy and even low-calorie dishes. Same with pizza, which we all love.

A diet pizza recipe can be found on most food blogs, and mine is no exception. But now I have prepared something very special, and this is a diet pizza with canned tuna on narrow pita bread.

Almost all PP pizza recipes, if not complicated, are still time consuming. Only the mood when you want to amuse yourself with pizza occasionally mixes with long-term work in the kitchen. Usually it is “imposed” during a friendly tea party or at home watching a movie, when it is necessary to act quickly, and, as a rule, without straining.

Watch the making! When the edges of the pita bread brown and the cheese melts, the pizza is ready.

Step 5. Cut into portions, place arugula or other favorite herbs on top, and serve.

A quick snack is ready. Bon appetit!

The tuna pizza comes out slightly crispy, but the inside is still juicy. If you don't overcook it in the oven, it turns out to be a perfect combination of textures. Personally, I like this option even more than pizza with soft yeast dough, and everyone who tried it was ecstatic.

If you don't like fish, you can simply replace the tuna with previously boiled chicken, turkey or veal. Seafood is also good here, especially shrimp. This version is even less similar to traditional pizza, but the taste is great. A vegetarian version is to replace the tuna with chunks of mozzarella.

Pizza on lavash with mushrooms

Try another version of diet pizza on lavash. Champignons and spinach were used here, but you can use any mushrooms and any other greens.

In any case, I’ll remind you of the main thing. We have now looked at recipes for diet pizza, but the word “diet” does not mean that it can be eaten in unlimited quantities. Naturally, PP lavash pizza has much fewer calories than regular pizza, but they are still there, so I advise you to watch your daily intake and not overeat.
