Fried bananas in caramel

Fried bananas in caramel are a common and delicious delicacy. A similar dessert, accompanied by new cream, nuts and caramel sauce, will decorate any festive table.

Products needed for 2 people:

  • 2 bananas;
  • 6-8 walnuts;
  • 75 g sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon new cream;
  • 1 glass of water;
  • olive oil;
  • mint leaves.

How to make caramel:

  1. Mix sugar with a small amount of water. Simmer over medium heat until it takes on the color and thickness of caramel.
  2. Remove the caramel from the heat and let it cool. It is very important that it be cool.
  3. After the caramel has cooled, add the remaining water. Place it back on the heat and cook until completely dissolved. Let cool.

  • eggs – 4 pcs. (whole and 3 yolks);
  • flour - 3 tablespoons (for dough and breading);
  • milk – 0.5 cups for cream and 1 cup for dough;
  • butter and sugar - 2 tablespoons each (one spoon each of the product for the dough and for the cream);
  • vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon for frying;
  • vanillin - to taste.

You need to start making dessert with dough. Dissolve yeast in warm milk (1 glass), add flour (three tablespoons), sugar (tablespoon) and butter (tablespoon). Mix until smooth and place in a warm space for about an hour. The finished dough mixture should resemble thick sour cream.
