FLAVORED 2: VEGAN CHOCOLATE BANANA ICE CREAM
To the soft banana ice cream, add ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract, a pinch of salt (if salt was not added previously) and 3 tbsp. cocoa powder (or vegan chocolate). If desired, it will be delicious to add 2 tbsp. peanut butter.
FLAVORED 3: MINT CHOCOLATE BANANA ICE CREAM
Add a pinch of salt to soft banana ice cream, ⅛ tsp. pure mint extract (or more to taste), vegan chocolate chips or cocoa. If desired, tint the ice cream with greenish food coloring, for example spinach, for the most striking greenish color of the ice cream, as well as increasing the amount of nutrients and vitamins.
Cat's note: Personally, I just use the freshest mint leaves without the stems, pureed in a blender. But how do you get mint extract from mint leaves? Wash and dry mint leaves (approx. ⅕ cup), remove stems. Mash the leaves, tear them and chop them with a knife. Place the leaves in a jar, pour 100 ml. vodka and 100 ml. water. Shake and leave for 3 weeks, stirring the tincture from time to time. Strain.
FLAVORED 4: BANANA PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM
Add 2-3 tbsp to banana ice cream. peanut butter (or any other nut butter).
FLAVORS 5: BANANA COCONUT ICE CREAM WITH COOKIES
Add 2 tbsp to banana ice cream. coconut oil, 1 tbsp. coconut and crushed vegan cookies.
FLAVORED 6: BANANA ICE CREAM WITH BERRIES
Stir soft banana ice cream with 1 cup of all frozen berries and vanilla.
FLAVORED 7: COFFEE BANANA ICE CREAM
Add a pinch of salt, ½ tsp to soft banana ice cream. instant coffee, vanilla, optional cinnamon and chocolate chips.
TASTE 8: PINA COLADA
Prepare banana ice cream by adding 3-4 tbsp. coconut milk and 1 tbsp. coconut flakes. Add 100 gr. diced pineapples.
FLAVORED 9: VANILLA BANANA ICE CREAM
Mix soft ice cream with vanilla, add vanilla on top.
FLAVORS 10: PISTACHIO BANANA ICE CREAM

Delicious homemade ice cream, which we prepare according to a very simple and affordable recipe. There are no milk or egg products in the composition - only bananas, cocoa and a little sweet powder. Be sure to try this chocolate ice cream!
I usually make this dessert when I have bananas lying around. Sometimes you buy a couple of bunches for money at a special offer, but, as luck would have it, no one wants to eat them at home... The skin of bananas darkens and does not look very appetizing, but inside these fruits the pulp is always sweet and aromatic. Just right for making homemade ice cream.
The amount of cocoa powder may vary from that indicated - this is a matter of taste. By the way, you don’t need to add sweet powder at all – especially if the bananas themselves are quite sweet.

To make homemade ice cream, we need the following ingredients: bananas, cocoa powder and sweet powder.
Ripe bananas are washed, dried and peeled. I recommend consuming specifically ripe fruits - they are very fragrant. 6 medium-sized bananas without peel is 550 grams. You can have more or less - it’s not that important.
Add 30 grams of unsweetened cocoa powder to the bananas. You can add a tablespoon and later adjust the amount to your own taste.
Blend the bananas with cocoa using a submersible or stationary blender to obtain a completely homogeneous chocolate puree.
According to our taste, I add another 20 grams (about a tablespoon) of sweet powder.
We'll try everything again and definitely try. If necessary, add more cocoa or powder.
Pour the chocolate-banana puree into a freezer-safe container. Cover the dish with a lid and put it in the freezer.
Next, we take it out every hour and painstakingly beat the ice cream with an immersion blender so that later there are no ice crystals in it. And so at least 4-6 times. After four to five hours of freezing, the ice cream does not need to be taken out and disturbed.
Before eating, let the ice cream warm up on the table for 10 minutes so that you can create balls from it or simply apply it with a tablespoon. The indicated quantity of goods yields about 600 grams of homemade chocolate banana ice cream.
