We present to your attention an indescribable fruit cake that doesn't even need to be baked. It should be noted that this culinary masterpiece looks like a true work of art.
You only need to look at it once, and you will immediately want to try a piece. Whenever you prepare a similar cake, you can diversify the ingredients of the recipe yourself by adding and subtracting different berries and fruits. In this way, every time you will receive an original cake that no one has tried before. Just cook it and make your family and guests happy!
Necessary ingredients:
1) cream or sour cream, the fat content of which should not exceed 35% - 500 g;
2) sugar – approximately 200 g;
3) berries and fruits – about 300 g;
4) ready-made sponge cake or some kind of cookies – 200 g;
5) gelatin – 30 gr.
Now let's get down to making the cake.
First, add gelatin to water. You will only need half a glass of cool boiled or filtered water. After this, the gelatin needs to be discarded for a while so that it swells. You need to wait approximately 30 minutes. Next, put the gelatin in a water bath and always stir. The mixture must be brought to a boil, but do not overdo it, because it is not allowed to boil.
After this, take a fairly deep cup, pour cream or sour cream into it, add sugar and mix thoroughly with a mixer until the sugar is one hundred percent dissolved. Without ceasing to stir the mixture, carefully pour the gelatin into the cup in a thin stream and beat for another 30 seconds. When all these manipulations are done, the cup needs to be covered with cling film.
The berries and fruits that you have chosen must be thoroughly washed, and then peeled and pitted, then cut.
We take a sponge cake or cookies and cut it into small pieces, but keep in mind that it is better to use a sponge cake rather than a cookie, because with it the cake will turn out even more tender.
We put the berries and fruits in a deep cup, and then add a biscuit or cookies there, then pour our cream into it and cover it all with cling film. When all this is done, just put the cup in the refrigerator and wait until the cake hardens one hundred percent - this is about two or three hours.
When the cake is one hundred percent frozen, you need to remove it from the refrigerator and transfer it to a nice plate, and then remove the film. Next we decorate our cake with berries and fruits.
That's all, the cake is one hundred percent ready to eat.

I suggest making a no-bake cake with gelatin and fruit. I used cottage cheese and sour cream for the base of the cake. Any fruit that is in season can be used. I took kiwi, tangerine and orange. This cake can be served for dessert, and it is absolutely not necessary to prepare any drinks for it. The cake is not difficult to prepare, I think no matter what kind of housewife can handle it.
To make a fruit cake, prepare the necessary products from the list.
The cottage cheese must be rubbed through a sieve so that the structure of the cake is softer and no grains are felt in it.
Add sour cream and vanillin to the cottage cheese, mix lightly with a spoon.

- 0.5 kg sour cream

Recipe for making a dish at home
- Pour the gelatin into a small container and pour in 125 ml (half a glass) of clear, cool water. Leave for half an hour. Place the water and gelatin in a water bath and stir until it is completely dissolved. Remove gelatin from heat and cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, put the sour cream in a bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved. Without ceasing to beat, pour in the gelatin in a narrow stream and beat for about half a minute.
- Cover the bottom of a deep bowl with cling film. Wash fruits and berries thoroughly, remove seeds and cut into small pieces. Fold the fruit cake in layers: at the bottom of the mold, part of the cut fruit, then the sponge cake broken into pieces, fruit, sponge cake, etc.
- Pour in sour cream, cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2-3 hours until completely set. After the specified time, the fruit cake without baking is ready. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator, invert the cake onto a plate and remove the film.

Fiddling with the dough is long and painful. Therefore, it is easier to create a delicious (fruit) cake without baking, which is quite simple to prepare. The hostess only needs to assemble it from certain ingredients.
Main products
It goes without saying that the main ingredients for fruit sweets will be various berries and fruits. These cakes are a savior on a hot summer day. After all, you don’t have to stand at the switched on stove and perform a feat. And its taste is in no way inferior to any other pastry. So.
Fruit cake. Recipe No. 1
In the first presented version, 2 oranges are used as the main component. In addition to citrus fruits, you also need to stock up on the following products:
- 500 grams of cookies (preferably dry);
- 500 ml sour cream;
- half a glass of sweet sand (you can add more if you like it sweeter),
- lemon zest,
- 2 packs of orange jelly,
- a pack of vanilla sugar.

Next, spread the sour cream and a layer of crushed citrus fruits. And we repeat this until our ingredients are complete. Place cookies on the outermost layer and orange slices on top.
Place the cake in the refrigerator to harden. At this time, prepare orange jelly according to instructions. But with all this, you should slightly reduce the amount of water, then you will get the most compacted mixture of the finished product.

- boiled water – 2 liters;
- sweet sand – 4 spoons;
- dry snow-white wine – 500 ml;
- gelatin – 1.5 teaspoons;
- rose syrup – 200 ml.
Additionally, for the jelly you will need to prepare:
- canned pineapples - 6 rings;
- kiwi – 4 pcs.;
- grapes – 200 gr;
- blueberries – 200 gr.
The most exciting thing...
First you need to create the curd pudding. Milk, gelatin, vanilla sugar and papaya must be whipped in a blender. Later, boil it all, cool and add cottage cheese with pieces of kiwi and papaya to the mixture.
Next, take a small mold, grease the bottom with olive oil and lay out the pieces of canned pineapple. Pour the resulting mass inside. Place the form in the freezer for 15 minutes.
While the pudding hardens, make the gelatin base. Place the wine, water, gelatin and sweet sand on the fire, boil for 2 minutes and cool. Pour the resulting base into the largest mold (pre-greased with olive oil, and with pieces of grapes and kiwi on the bottom). We also send it to freeze in the freezer.

Ingredients needed to make the crust:
- 3 glasses of milk;
- 150 grams of cookies;
- 50 g butter;
- tablespoon cocoa.
To make the mousse we will use:
- cream 33% – 200 ml;
- strawberry yogurt – 300 g;
- strawberries – 300 gr;
- cottage cheese – 200 gr;
- cocoa;
- milk – 50 ml;
- gelatin – 2 spoons;
- sweet powder – 100 gr.
Making dessert
Knead the cookies until crumbs are obtained. Add milk, cocoa and butter. Mix all this. Then we compact the mass and put it in the refrigerator.
Dissolve gelatin in warm milk and let it swell.
Beat cottage cheese with yogurt and sweet powder.
Cut the strawberries into small slices and add to our yogurt mixture.
Melt gelatin in a water bath and add to the total mass. Mix. Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Whip the cream into a foam and carefully mix with the cooled mixture.
Pour the mousse onto the prepared pounded cookie crust and place it in the refrigerator to harden.

- drinking yoghurt – 300 g;
- heavy cream – 200 ml;
- biscuit cookies – 3 packs (preferably with chocolate);

- curd mass – 3 packs;
- gelatin – 20 gr.
Prepare gelatin according to the recipe.
Carefully beat the cream with the curd mass.
Add the prepared gelatin to the curd mass, then add the yogurt there. Mix well.
