INGREDIENTS:

  • 800 g chicken fillet
  • 120 g cheese
  • 2 testicles
  • 3 tbsp. l. flour
  • 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
  • 10 g dill
  • salt pepper
  • 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil

COOKING METHOD:

1. In order to prepare chicken chops with cheese, first create a watery batter for breading the chicken fillet. To do this, break the eggs into a deep bowl.

2. Add flour, mayonnaise and chopped dill to the eggs.
3. Lightly salt the batter and mix all ingredients thoroughly with a fork. Grate the cheese for chicken chops on a small grater.


4. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into huge portions. Beat any piece well with a hammer, then add salt and pepper on both sides. From this amount of ingredients I only got 8 chicken chops, 100 g each.

  • Cheese – 150 gr;
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp;
  • Vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp;
  • Salt and pepper - to taste.

How to cook chicken chops in a frying pan:

1. Wash the chicken fillet well under running water and dry with cardboard towels. Then, cut across the grain into pieces about 2 cm wide.

2. Cover with film and beat the meat with a special hammer.

1. Wash the chicken fillet thoroughly with running water and dry with cardboard napkins. Next, cut the meat across the grain into pieces 1.5-2 cm wide.

2. Place the chopped fillet in a plastic bag, place on a cutting board and beat on both sides. Make sure every piece is broken off.
