- Ice can be replaced with frozen berries. It is enough to place them in the freezer for 2-3 hours in advance;
- for convenience - a 200 ml glass contains 145 g of raspberries, 125 g of currants, 150 g of blackberries;
- To obtain a drink with a thick mixture, the ingredients must include fruits with dense pulp, oatmeal or cottage cheese.
We prepare from no more than 5 components

- Chocolate raspberry
- fresh raspberries - 2 tbsp.;
- chocolate yogurt (low-fat) – 400 g;
- cranberry juice – 100 ml.
How to prepare: mix everything in a blender for 30 seconds. Makes 3 regular glasses of drink. This treat is suitable for both breakfast and snack.
Multi-ingredient recipes
The recipes are as simple to make as the previous ones, but a little more ingredients will be useful.
With vanilla, yogurt and oat flakes
- a glass of raspberries;
- medium banana;
- 200 ml of milk and the same amount of full-fat yogurt;
- 2 pinches of vanilla;
- oatmeal 1-2 tbsp. l.;
- sweetener to taste (honey or sugar).
How to cook: Grind banana with berries in a blender. Add other ingredients, beat again until smooth puree. Raspberry and banana smoothie is ready to serve.
For a drink with a thick consistency, the milk can be reduced; for a watery version, the milk can be increased accordingly.
If the cocktail comes out cloyingly sweet, you can add a couple of spoons of lemon or lime juice to it, this will remove the excess sweetness.
With currants
If you want to treat yourself to a refreshing treat made from frozen raspberries, there is no need to defrost them before using them. If you have the freshest one, you can add ice cubes to the recipe.
You will need 2 medium bananas, a glass of raspberries and currants, 100 ml of yogurt (or kefir).
- Blend the berries in a blender until the mixture is pureed (remember that this separate blending will ensure the most uniform consistency).

- milk – 60 ml;
- lemon juice 1-1.5 tbsp. l.

With yogurt and cottage cheese

With banana and oatmeal
Take one glass of raspberries and a medium-sized banana, puree in a blender, adding 200 ml of yogurt and milk, also 1-2 tbsp. spoons of oatmeal and a pinch of vanilla. Sweeten the drink to taste.
With banana and currants
Add one glass of currants to one glass of raspberries and make a puree. Next, add the pulp of 2 small bananas and 100 ml of kefir, cut into pieces, into the blender, beating the mass again.
With other berries
Take half a glass of raspberries, blackberries, strawberries and blueberries. Beat them in a blender, adding 100 ml of milk and 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice.
With kiwi and mint
Peel two kiwis and cut into slices, place in a blender and add 100 g of raspberries. Grind, then pour in a glass of milk, add a few mint leaves and ice cubes.
With apple and kefir
Beat a glass of raspberries with a diced small apple, add 300 ml of kefir and honey to taste.
With pear and apple
Peel the fruits and cut their pulp into cubes. Place 100 g of raspberries, apples and pears in a blender and puree. After adding 100-150 ml of yogurt, beat the mixture again.
With peaches

Beat 250 g of raspberries and 200 ml of natural yogurt in a blender for 1 minute. Add 300 ml orange juice and stir for another 30 seconds.
With avocado
Cut the avocado, remove the pulp and place it in a blender, adding 100 g of raspberries. Grind, then pour in 150 ml of orange and raspberry juice, then whisk again.
With coconut milk
Prepare a puree from 150 g of raspberries and 1 banana, add a glass of coconut milk and honey to taste.
With pineapple and grapefruit
Cut the flesh of 1/4 of the freshest pineapple into cubes. Peel the grapefruit. Grind the pineapple and grapefruit in a blender, adding 150 g of raspberries, the juice of 1 lemon and 2 teaspoons of honey.
