Chicken with pineapples
Chicken with pineapples has an incomparable sweetish taste, tender and expressive. This is facilitated by the cheese, which “dresses” the chicken fillet with a crust.
The secret of chicken with pineapple is that the dryish chicken fillet is imbued with fragrant pineapple thanks to the presence of a third ingredient - cheese. “Dressed” in a cheese crust, the fillet becomes soft and crispy, unobtrusive and expressive - all at once... I think this is the best method to cook chicken with pineapples.
The best way to garnish sweetish chicken with tropical fruit is with fluffy boiled rice or properly prepared mashed potatoes. By the way, chicken meat is not necessary in this recipe; it can be replaced with turkey or sliced pork. But you can’t replace pineapple with anything.
Ingredients
To cook chicken with pineapples, you will need:
- chicken fillet – 300 g
- canned pineapple rings – 5 pcs.
- mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. l.
- spices for meat – 0.5 tsp.
- salt - to taste
- hard cheese – 150 g
Manufacturing
Wash the fillet, dry it with a cardboard napkin and cut it crosswise into portions. A fillet weighing 300 g yields 5 portions. Wrap the chicken in cling film and place on a cutting board. Then lightly beat it on both sides.
Mix the meat spices and salt together and rub the chopped pieces of meat, then grease them alternately with mayonnaise. Let the chicken marinate in this form for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Take a baking dish and place the marinated chicken pieces in it. We roll up strips of foil that correspond to the width of a regular roll of food foil and a height of 1 cm. We use these strips to wrap any piece of meat in a circle so that the meat retains its shape during the baking process.
Place pineapple rings on top of each piece of meat.
Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
Sprinkle cheese on top of pineapple rings.
Bake the meat in an oven preheated to 150°C for 35 minutes. When the meat is ready, remove the pan from the oven and remove the foil strips.
Place the baked chicken meat with pineapple rings and cheese on a plate and serve. It turns out so great.

- 800 g potatoes;
- 4 chicken fillets;

- mayonnaise;
- 220 g hard cheese;

Ingredients:
- champignons – 270 gr;
- 450 g poultry fillet;
- small fresh pineapple;
- reddish onion;
- several feathers of green onions;
- salt;
- a pinch of turmeric, sweet paprika and dry garlic.
- The mushrooms are cleaned, the tip of the stem and skirt are removed, and then cut into 4 parts.
- The onion is chopped into thin half rings.
- The peeled fruit is cut into small cubes.
- Chicken fillet is chopped into strips.
- All prepared ingredients are placed in a bowl, sprinkled with salt, seasonings, and also sprinkled with some oil. After thorough mixing, the ingredients are poured into the sleeve and left to marinate for half an hour.

Chicken with pineapple, tomatoes, onions and cheese
Despite the huge number of ingredients, this dish is prepared simply and quickly.
Ingredients:
- large poultry breast;
- 4 tomatoes;
- half a can of canned pineapple;
- onion;
- salt;
- mayonnaise;
- 70 g hard cheese.
- The breast is cut into small pieces, any of which is beaten and salted.
- Tomatoes are cut into thin rings, and onions into cubes.
- Hard cheese is grated with the largest divisions. Its quantity can be increased according to your own taste.
- The cooked meat is placed on an oiled baking sheet. Small slices of pineapple are sprinkled on top of the breast. It’s easier to take chopped canned fruit right away.
- Meat and pineapple preparations are generously greased with mayonnaise. Next go the tomato rings and onion cubes.
- Top the fillet with the remaining ingredients with grated cheese.
Chicken with pineapple according to the chosen recipe is cooked for about 25 minutes in a perfectly preheated oven. A temperature of 200-210 degrees will be enough.
In a slow cooker

- 5 huge spoons of mayonnaise;
- 230 g hard cheese (you can use sharp cheese);

- The chicken is defrosted, washed well, dried with a cardboard towel and cut into small pieces. The bird can be immediately salted and peppered to taste.

To taste, you can replace mayonnaise with full-fat sour cream or unsweetened yogurt. It is also very tasty to combine your chosen sauce with chopped garlic and various ground seasonings.

Wash the fillet and cut into portions.

3. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl. Season with mayonnaise and add chopped garlic. Mix well and taste. As needed, add salt and pepper to taste.
