In a container, mix the bulk ingredients: sifted flour, soda, cocoa, baking powder, vanillin, salt.

In a separate container, combine warm water, vinegar, coffee, jam, vegetable oil, sugar. You can omit the coffee if you don't like it. As for jam, any kind of jam will do, without large pieces.
