Recipe for “Anthill Cookie Cake”:

To begin, crumble the cookies into small pieces using your hands.

Then chop the walnuts and dried apricots. Add them to the cookies and mix.

Preparing the cream. Add soft butter and sour cream to the condensed milk and mix.

We add our cream to the base, mix and form a slide..)) I left it for soaking at night (that is, in the dark) , but if you really can’t bear to experience this sweetness, then you can put it in the refrigerator for 3 hours;)

When cut open, it looks like this little anthill) By the way, you won’t immediately understand that it’s made from cookies ;)

Recipe for Anthill cake made from cookies with condensed milk without baking

If you want to cook something quickly, then the Anthill cake made from cookies with condensed milk is one of the best options. It is made without baking in 10 minutes, and a recipe with a photo, where all the steps are described step by step, will help to avoid mistakes in developing a regular dessert. The delicacy can first be placed in muffin tins and used to create mini-cakes that do not need to be cut into portions. This option will be especially interesting in this case if you are planning a party where there will be another cake on the table.

Cake “Anthill” traditional

To spend as little time as possible making a cake according to a recipe with a photo, you can contact the store salesperson and first ask them to sell the broken cookies that are not suitable for recruiting clients. Or grind it using a food processor.

Ingredients:

  • “Baked milk” cookies – 600 g;
  • boiled condensed milk - 500 g;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp;
  • milk chocolate - 1 bar;
  • nuts (walnuts or hazelnuts) - to taste.

Manufacturing:

  1. Break the cookies into large crumbs with your hands. It is important to grind it not into small dust, but into large and medium pieces, so that the cake without baking will have a texture.
  2. Place the condensed milk in a bowl and beat with a mixer.
  3. Add sour cream and turn on the equipment.
  4. Add butter softened at room temperature to the sweet mass and beat.
  5. Grind the nuts in a food processor or using a rolling pin. Add to the cream and mix.
  6. Combine cream and cookies. Mix thoroughly with a spoon so that the cookies begin to absorb the condensed mass.
  7. Place on a plate or in any form. We try to form the Anthill cake from cookies with condensed milk in such a way that the slide comes out carelessly with unevenness.
  8. Grate the chocolate using a small grater until small narrow shavings come out.
  9. Sprinkle with brown squiggles that resemble ants. We try to create this quickly so that the chocolate does not start to melt in your hands.
  10. Place in the refrigerator for 30-60 minutes so that all the components connecting the cookies harden.

You can prepare such a cake according to a recipe with a photo or video together with the children, who are always curious to take part in what the adults are doing.

To prepare an extraordinary treat, you don’t necessarily have to be a pastry genius and use a ton of...

Cake “Anthill” made from corn sticks without baking

When you get tired of cookie recipes, you can try the most daring and noteworthy solutions. A no-bake cake can be easily prepared from corn sticks, flakes and similar products from the “milk frisky breakfast” series.

Perhaps there is no holiday that would be complete without sweets on the festive table. But not everyone can bake something...

Ingredients:

  • corn sticks - 100 g;
  • boiled condensed milk - 1 can;
  • butter - 100 g;
  • poppy seeds - 2 tsp;
  • chocolate chips - 2 tbsp.

Manufacturing:

  • Beat butter with condensed milk until smooth.

  • Place the sticks in layers on a plate and coat well with cream.

  • Sprinkle the acquired “tubercle” with poppy seeds and chocolate.

  • Leave to cool and infuse for an hour or overnight (that is, at night) in the refrigerator.

To make the taste unusual, you can buy condensed milk with cocoa or coffee additives, which is sold already boiled.

It would seem that it is impossible to prepare a real cake with condensed milk in 30 minutes. But I have a regular recipe...

The main ingredients of the cake can be mixed perfectly with any food, so you can always replace the butter with full-fat sour cream or create a dessert of shortbread cookies with jam insides. Also a good solution would be to add marmalade, marshmallows or marshmallows as pleasant surprises in a dessert that has been common since youth.

Step-by-step recipe with photos

If you want to drink tea with something sweet, then what could be easier than making an “Anthill” cake from cookies. In my case, these are dry cookies, but you can use any kind. You just need to consider the weight of the cookies. Dry cookies are very light; 350 grams yields a huge bowl of crushed crumbs. I think that the number of ordinary cookies from a pack needs to be increased and take approximately 500 g or a little more. You don’t have to add cream, replace this amount with high-quality butter or full-fat sour cream, I just wanted to reduce the sweetness of the cream. Various additives are optional, there is room for creativity.

To make an “Anthill” cake from cookies and boiled condensed milk, we will need the following products.

Grind the cookies in a blender or roll them in a bag with a rolling pin. I like it when there are small pieces left.

Place the cookie crumbs into a large container suitable for mixing.

Cut the soft butter into pieces and beat with boiled condensed milk. I add condensed milk in small portions to regulate the sweetness.

Then add heavy cream or sour cream. I repeat, instead of cream or sour cream, you can use butter. Then 200 g of butter per can of condensed milk.

If desired, add chocolate and nut crumbs to the liver. To do this, grind the chocolate pieces in a blender along with a handful of nuts. The amount of these additives is arbitrary. Mix all.

Add the purchased cream to the container and mix with the cookie crumbs. The mixture does not have to be very dry or very watery.

Place the cookie and cream mixture on a plate, forming a mound like an anthill. You can help yourself with wet hands. Decorate with grated chocolate, nuts - whatever your heart desires. The “Anthill” cake made from cookies and boiled condensed milk is ready.

Let the cake sit in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and you can serve it with tea.

I cut it still soft. Enjoy your tea!
