    Instead of fresh cauliflower, you can use frozen cabbage, whichever is more convenient for you.

    Because I have the freshest cauliflower, it needs to be disassembled into inflorescences.


    If the inflorescences are huge, like mine, then the cabbage needs to be chopped. To make it cook faster and more evenly, I chopped it quite finely, but you may not be able to do this.
