For a couple of years now I have been using this amazing invention of technology, like a multicooker.
The meat in it, cooked in any form, comes out very tender and juicy, I especially loved this recipe - goulash in creamy sauce. It is very easy to make.
Pork goulash in a slow cooker: recipe
Pork - 500 gr. (it’s better if it has little fat)
Sunflower oil – 2 tbsp.
One big onion
Sour cream - 15% fat - 200 gr.
Salt, spices to taste
It takes 1 hour 10 minutes to make.
Peel the onion and cut into thin half rings.
We wash the meat under running water and cut it into small pieces, you can also marinate the meat in spices for several hours, it will turn out even tastier.
Pour a little sunflower oil into the multicooker, approximately 2 tbsp. spoons, add chopped onions and meat, close the multicooker lid, set the “Frying” mode for 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
While the meat and onions are fried, take a deep cup, put sour cream in it (you can replace the sour cream with cream, the taste will be even richer), salt, spices (I took lemon pepper and garlic in granules), pour in water, mix everything thoroughly.
Then turn off the multicooker from the “Frying” mode, pour the sour cream mixture into the multicooker bowl, mix everything thoroughly, set the “Stewing” mode for 1 hour.
When the “Stewing” mode has come to an end, leave it on automatic heating for 10 minutes so that the gravy thickens. If you like a completely thick gravy, you can create it this way: melt 30 grams of butter in a glass in the microwave, add 1 tsp. flour, mix well so that there are no lumps, and add to the goulash, mix everything, let simmer for a few minutes, the gravy will quickly thicken.
While the pork goulash was cooking in the slow cooker, I made mashed potatoes for a side dish.
This dish can also go well with boiled rice, merchant-style buckwheat or pasta.
For those who may find this dish very high in calories, you can not fry the onions and pork in advance, but immediately put all the ingredients in the multicooker bowl, pour in the sour cream mixture and put it on the “Stew” mode.

Hello! Now I would like to tell you how to prepare delicious warm pork in cream in a slow cooker. Cream is a universal food product. They can be added to meat, or to prepare a cake for cream. The only difference is the fat content of the product. To stew with pork, you will need cream that is not very rich, for example, with a fat content of 10%.
Because meat is the main ingredient, it can be cut into large pieces. First, the meat is fried with vegetables. And you can add a little wheat flour or potato starch to the cream. This ingredient will thicken the sauce. You need to add spices to the main mass so that the meat in the creamy sauce comes out fragrant.
You can cook pork in the “Stewing” program. It turns out to be a very satisfying dish, which is suitable for a ceremonial table. This stewed pork can be served with potatoes, millet porridge or boiled pasta. In the slow cooker, the meat comes out tender and not dry, and the creamy sauce creates a smooth mixture. Remove the peel from the onion and rinse with water. Cut the onion into medium pieces, or half rings. Pour sunflower oil into the multicooker, select the “Frying” mode for 30 minutes. First, dump the onion, fry for about 5 minutes, and then add the carrots. Fry vegetables for 4 minutes. Peel the garlic, chop finely.
Add the garlic to the vegetable mixture and fry for a few minutes. Thaw the meat in advance, rinse with water and dry.
Chop the pork chops into large pieces. Add meat to the multicooker pan and stir.
