Premium wheat flour – 190 g | ||
Butter – 110 g | ||
Medium eggs – 2 pcs. (100 g) | ||
Sugar – 125 g | ||
Raw cashew nuts – 50 g | ||
Vanilla sugar – 1 tsp. | ||
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp. |
Prepare all the ingredients for the pecan cake. Cashew nuts can be replaced with pine nuts or peanuts.
Finely chop the cashews with a knife and heat lightly until light golden brown in a dry frying pan. This will take about 2-3 minutes, but the taste and smell of the nuts will open up even brighter.
Beat the softened butter with a whisk or blender with sugar and vanilla sugar into a fluffy mass. Add the eggs one at a time, continuing to beat until the mixture is smooth.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and warmed nuts. Stir the dough.
It will turn out quite thick, it will not flow from the spoon, but will fall into a lump.
Grease a cake pan with vegetable or butter and spread the dough over it sparingly.
(The cake can be prepared either in a large pan or in individual muffin tins.)
Bake the nut cake in the oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of the oven; check the readiness with a dry match.

Step-by-step recipe for nut muffins
Soften the butter at room temperature in advance. When this happens, cut into pieces and place in a bowl. Add sugar there too.
Using dry whisks, beat both ingredients at medium speed into a fluffy mass. Only later break two raw eggs. Continue mixing.
After a couple of minutes, add a mixture of dry ingredients consisting of flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder.

- 70-75 grams of roasted peanuts.
How to cook
Combine very soft butter (butter) with a small amount of sugar. Interrupt. Add raw eggs into the fluffy mixture.

We suggest baking the final cake in a slow cooker, and using cocoa powder and hazelnuts as additional ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 105 grams of wheat flour;
- 105 g cocoa;
- 2-3 raw eggs;
- 125 grams of sugar (snow white);
- 109 g butter;
- 15-17 grams of baking powder;
- 85 g hazelnuts;
- vanilla to taste.
Step by step recipe
In a separate, clean bowl, combine and mix cocoa, baking powder and wheat flour well. If vanilla is used, add in the same step.
In the second bowl, beat soft butter with preferably a little sugar until fluffy. After 2-3 minutes, add raw eggs.
After another couple of minutes, pour the dry mixture inside. Using a spatula or mixer whisk, mix the sweet mass. At the end add chopped hazelnuts.
Place the finished dough in a bowl with oiled inner walls. Place the container in the multicooker. Snap.
The tender cupcake will be ready after 40 minutes. The recommended mode is “Baking”. After turning off the machine, cool the dessert a little, and then take it out, decorate it with powder and put it on the table along with the tea.
