Basic recipe for baking in the oven

The following products are useful for making traditional brizol:

  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • 4 testicles;
  • 70 ml cream;
  • 1 tbsp. l. sour cream;
  • 5 g oregano;
  • 5 g paprika;
  • ½ bunch of greens;
  • salt to taste.

Prepare brizol in the oven as follows:

  1. In a deep bowl, whisk the eggs and cream. A lot of foam is bound to form. Add half the salt, paprika, and oregano to this mass. In a frying pan we make pancake-like pieces from the acquired consistency.
  2. Rinse the fillets under water and dry with cardboard towels. We pass the meat through a meat grinder and add the remaining spices.
  3. Place the “pancakes” on a flat surface and place minced chicken on them in an even layer. Grease the meat mass with sour cream. Roll the workpiece into a roll.
  4. Bake the brizol in a grilled oven for 25 minutes at 200°C.

  • 400 g chicken breast;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 3 tbsp. l. low-fat milk;

  • 1 medium-sized tomato.

We follow the method:

  1. We wash the breast under water, dry it with cardboard napkins, and remove it from the central bone. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and season with spices.
  2. Beat eggs with milk and salt with a mixer. From this mass we bake “pancakes” in a frying pan with a non-stick coating.
  3. We put minced meat on them, which we sprinkle with chopped tomato and spices on top. Apply sour cream as the last layer. Roll the “pancake” with the inside into a roll.
  4. Place the semi-finished product on a greased baking sheet, which is placed in an oven preheated to 185 °C. Bake for about half an hour.

The product can be consumed both hot and cool.

Cooking in a slow cooker

The dish is prepared quickly in a miracle machine, so it is perfect for a morning meal.

You need to have the following components on hand:

  • 300 g chicken fillet;
  • 2 testicles;
  • 2 tbsp. l. milk;
  • salt, spices to taste.

  1. Making batter for brizol. To do this, mix the milk with the eggs with a whisk and add salt. From the acquired mass we bake “pancakes” in the multicooker in the “Baking” mode.
  2. Using a meat grinder, we transform the chicken fillet into minced meat, which we season with our favorite spices.
  3. Place the meat filling on the pancake and roll the semi-finished product into a roll.

Prepare brizol from the following ingredients:

  • 350 g chicken meat;
  • 250 g champignons;
  • 1 onion;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. mayonnaise;
  • 5 tbsp. l. milk;
  • 2 tbsp. l. refined oil;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • spices and salt to your own taste.

Brizol with mushrooms is prepared in the following order:

  1. Beat the eggs with milk in a blender until fluffy foam, add salt. We bake “pancakes” from the acquired consistency.
  2. Rinse the chicken, dry it, and pass it through a meat grinder. Add the necessary seasonings and mix.
  3. We wash the mushrooms and cut off the spoiled areas. Peel the onion and chop it into half rings. Fry the champignons and chopped vegetables in vegetable oil until tender.
  4. Place minced meat on the “pancakes” in one layer, followed by mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle with spices. We wrap the workpiece with the inside into a roll.
  5. Place the roll in a fireproof form. Grease with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake the brizol for 30 minutes at 185°C.

It is not necessary to use champignons in the recipe; you can replace them with your favorite mushrooms.

Savory chicken brizol with cheese

  • 350 g chicken fillet;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 3 tbsp. l. cow's milk;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 200 g cheese;
  • 2 sprigs of parsley;

  1. First, we bake “pancakes” from beaten eggs with milk, seasoned with spices.
  2. Rinse the fillet, dry it to remove excess water and pass it through a meat grinder. Season the mixture with spices and mix.

Step-by-step recipe with photos

Brizol is a filling in an omelette, served as a separate dish, or with various side dishes. It is prepared with cheese, meat, fish and other ingredients. Now I will cook it from minced chicken.

Remove chicken breasts from bones and wash in cold water.

Grind the poultry meat through a meat grinder, add: salt, dark ground pepper, a teaspoon of paprika and dried basil. Also add 50 ml of water so that the minced meat is better spread on the pancake. How to mix all the contents of the plate.

Mix mayonnaise, chopped dill and garlic in a bowl.

Now let's start baking omelet pancakes. Break a chicken egg into a bowl, add a tablespoon of milk, salt and pepper to taste.

How to mix the contents of the bowl until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Pour the egg mixture into a heated frying pan. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Place the pancake on a huge plate and spread a third of the prepared minced chicken on it.

Place a third of the mayonnaise interior with herbs and garlic on top of the minced meat.

Wrap the minced meat with mayonnaise inside in an omelette pancake.

Sprinkle a little pickled cucumbers on top, previously cut into narrow strips (if desired, the cucumbers can be replaced with champignons or you can create an assortment - part with mushrooms and part with pickles, you can also sprinkle with grated cheese if desired).

Roll any pancake into a roll and place it on a baking dish previously greased with vegetable oil. Bake the brizol in the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serve warm, topped with sour cream.
