Products
Boiled potatoes (medium size) – 2 pcs.
Boiled chicken breast – 1/2 pcs.
Pickled (or salted) cucumber – 1 pc.
Canned champignons – 1 jar
Boiled eggs – 2 pcs. (one for salad, one for decoration)
Mayonnaise
Parsley for decoration

Place in layers on a flat dish:

– potatoes (grate);

– chicken fillet (finely chopped);

– pickled (or salted) cucumber (grate);

– champignons (drain the liquid, finely chop the mushrooms);

– egg (grate);

– potatoes (grate);

Garnish the salad with grated egg (half a white and a yolk) and chopped parsley.

Leave the salad for half an hour at room temperature so that it soaks.

Dubok salad - recipe with chicken and champignons

Dubok salad with chicken and champignons is perfect for a festive feast, for example: New Year's Eve, Christmas, birthday, February 23rd, anniversary. The dish turns out quite satisfying, tasty and tender. It contains tender fillet, pickled champignons, and hard cheese. If desired, mushrooms can be prepared independently, but it is better to choose ready-made ones.

You can assemble the dish in layers, or simply mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl, garnishing with herbs on top. If you plan to invite a huge number of guests, the number of ingredients can be increased a couple of times so that everyone gets a fragrant snack.

Production takes 40 minutes.

Ingredients for making:

  • Chicken fillet – 600 gr.
  • Pickled mushrooms (champignons) – 1 jar.
  • Chicken eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Greens (dill) – 1 bunch.
  • Pickled cucumbers – 4 pcs.
  • Salt pepper
  • Mayonnaise – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 100 gr.

Recipe with photos step by step:

  1. We set the water to boil in advance, at this time we wash the fillet under running water, then place it in boiling water, add salt, pepper and cook until tender for 15-20 minutes. Cool completely and cut into cubes.

We take the pickled cucumbers out of the jar; you can wash them under water to remove the brine. Cut into cubes. !!Be sure to squeeze out the brine after cutting!!

Grate hard cheese on a large grater.

We take a jar of champignons, open it, drain the liquid and cut it into slices or cubes, the main thing is not very small.

Boil water, place chicken eggs in it and boil hard for 12 minutes. Drain the boiling water and place the eggs under running cool water. Cool completely, peel and cut into cubes.

We cook potatoes. You can cook it together with the eggs, or separately. To do this, bring the water to a boil and place the potatoes in it. Previously, wash it with a brush under running water. Cook for 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the potato. Drain the boiling water, cool the potatoes, peel them and cut them into “traditional” squares.

Wash the greens under running water, dry them with a cardboard towel and chop them finely. Set aside (useful for decoration).

  • The ingredients are ready. You can collect Dubok salad.
  • There are several options: assemble in layers or mix all the ingredients. Take a salad bowl, put all the ingredients in it, mix, add mayonnaise and mix everything again. If desired, you can add salt or pepper. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to soak. We take it out, lay out the salad in portions, and decorate with herbs.
