  2. Place the raw eggs into a bowl and beat with a mixer until foamy. Without ceasing to beat, add sugar in a narrow stream and combine for another 5-7 minutes until a fluffy and very light mass is formed.
  3. Pour in the room temperature drink evenly and beat for a few more minutes until smooth. Stir in the sifted dry mixture, add a pinch of salt, add apples and stir once.
