Charlotte on kefir with apples in a slow cooker
There are a lot of charlotte recipes. Now I propose to prepare a fluffy charlotte with kefir and apples. Baked goods based on fermented milk products have an unusually delicate texture, and apples give off a distinctive aroma. Due to the fact that we will cook in a slow cooker, the charlotte will be moderately baked, will not burn and will not require our constant attention. Prepare a fragrant, savory charlotte according to this recipe and please your loved ones with the most delicate pastries!
Ingredients
Manufacturing process
The dough kneads better when the ingredients are used at the same temperature. Therefore, it is better to take the drink and eggs out of the refrigerator in advance.
To prepare the insides of the apples, wash them and remove seeds and skins.
Then cut the apples into thin slices. Sliced apples can be sprinkled with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.
To make the dough, mix eggs with sugar and salt, beat with a mixer until thick, snow-white foam. Depending on the power of the mixer, the process can take from 5 to 15 minutes.
Then add the drink to the egg-sugar mixture and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Then you need to sift the flour into the dough and add baking powder. Using a spatula, use a gentle upward motion to fold the flour and baking powder into the dough until there are no lumps. The fewer movements, the fluffier the baked goods will be. The dough will be reminiscent of medium thick sour cream.
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter.
Pour the dough into the bowl. Place the apple pieces on top of the dough and close the multicooker lid.
Set the multicooker to “Baking” mode, time – 1 hour.
After this time, using a steamer bowl, remove the charlotte with apples, turn it over, close the multicooker lid again and set the “Baking” mode for another 15-20 minutes.
Remove the tender, tasty, fluffy, fragrant charlotte cooked with kefir and apples from the multicooker and let it cool slightly. If desired, the pie can be sprinkled with sweet powder before serving and then cut.
This pastry can be served either hot or cool. This delicious charlotte especially goes well with a cup of fragrant, strong tea.

Charlotte with kefir in a slow cooker: 5 recipes
For those who like it to be simple and tasty, charlotte with apples in a Redmond multicooker with kefir is the best dish. It cooks quickly, is moderately sweet, light for dessert and perfect for the arrival of guests. Are we ready?
Traditional recipe
There is no kefir in the recipe given to us, but we must talk about it as a traditional option that is suitable in any situation - for dessert for breakfast, for a picnic, and for guests. And also, despite the fact that the recipes are adapted for Redmond, this does not mean that you cannot cook charlotte in another multicooker, just choose a similar program.
- 150 g flour;
- 100 g sugar;
- 2 apples;
- 4 testicles;
- little butter.
- Mix eggs with sugar and beat until light foam.
- Add flour to the beaten eggs in small portions, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- Cut the apples into pieces, removing the seeds. If you want to achieve the most tender taste, then peel the skin, but it is better not to do this - the skin does not interfere at all.
- Grease the multicooker bowl with a piece of butter.
- Place a layer of apple slices on the bottom of the bowl.
- Pour the batter sparingly over the apples.
- Set the “Baking” mode for 45 minutes or 1 hour.
- When ready, turn over using a plastic steamer pan.
Traditional recipe with kefir
This recipe produces a charlotte that tastes normal, but with kefir. It comes out just as affectionate and even the least sweet, but that doesn’t make it the least savory. In general, it all depends on the amount of sugar and acid in the apples.
- 2 cups of flour;
- 1 glass of kefir;
- a little less than a full glass of sugar;
- 3 testicles;
- 1 tsp soda;
- 4 greenish apples;
- vanillin;
- sweet powder;
- little butter.
- Break the eggs and add sugar and vanillin to them, bringing to a homogeneous foamy mass.
- Pour a slightly warm drink into the whipped mixture. It’s better to take it out of the refrigerator an hour in advance.
- Add baking soda and stir again.
- Sift the flour through a sieve and add portions to the dough. You should end up with a rare mass - a little denser than for pancakes.
- Cut the apples into cubes, removing the skin and seeds.
- Add the apple pieces to the dough and mix gently.
- Grease the bottom and edges of the multicooker bowl with butter.
- Pour in the dough and cook in the “Baking” mode for 1 hour.
- When ready, place the charlotte on a flat dish and sprinkle with sweet powder.
With pears and apples
If you want something ordinary and at once unusual, then prepare charlotte with entrails not only from apples, but also from pears. The taste is similar, but the dish itself is more satisfying.
- a glass of kefir;
- a little less than half a glass of sugar;
- 4 testicles;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 2 medium pears;
- 1 sweet apple;
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon;
- 1 tsp soda;
- butter.
- Mix eggs with sugar.
- Stir the baking soda into the kefir with a spoon and add it to the beaten eggs. Bring to a homogeneous mass.
- Sift the flour and add small portions to the dough.
- Peel the apple and pears from the skin and seeds, cut into medium slices.
- Sprinkle the pieces of fruit with cinnamon until they are moderately covered. You can mix it carefully.
- Grease the multicooker bowl with oil.
- Pour out some of the dough and place the fruit in an even layer.
- Pour in the remaining dough and cook in the “Baking” mode for 50 minutes.
- When ready, keep it on “Heating” for 10 minutes and remove.
With cottage cheese
The curd charlotte comes out with more protein than the usual one, but the dough mixture remains just as tender. Try it!
- 200 g kefir;
- 250 g cottage cheese;
- 3 testicles;
- 3 apples;
- 300 g flour;
- a glass of sugar;
- 1 tsp baking powder;
- 0.5 tsp soda;
- vanillin;
- vegetable oil.
- Remove the drink from the refrigerator in advance to warm it up. Stir soda in it and leave for 5 minutes.
- Mix the eggs separately with sugar and pour into their later drink.
- Grind the cottage cheese and add to the rest of the mixture, bringing to a homogeneous mass.
- Prepare the apples by cutting them into slices.
- Sift the flour, add baking powder and knead in portions into the general dough.
- Add vanillin at the last step.
- Grease the multicooker pan with an even layer of oil using a silicone spatula.
- Place apples on the bottom and pour over their batter.
- Set the “Baking” mode for 1 hour.
No eggs
The eggs make the charlotte plump, but what if there are no eggs or for some reason you don’t eat them? There is a way out and this is semolina! She will change the eggs, and the dessert itself will only benefit from this.
- 200 g flour;
- 1 glass of semolina;
- 1.5 cups kefir;
- 4 tbsp. fat sour cream;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 3 large sweet and sour apples;
- 2 tbsp. starch;
- 120 ml vegetable oil;
- 1 tsp soda;
- a pinch of salt;
- a pinch of vanillin;
- 2 tsp cinnamon;
- butter.
- Half an hour before production, the drink and sour cream should cool at room temperature - remove them from the refrigerator in advance.
- Sift the flour, add starch, salt, soda, sugar.
- Add semolina to flour and sugar, stir.
- Pour sour cream and drink into dry ingredients. Stir into the dough until it becomes thick. If it turns out watery, add a little more flour, and if it turns out very thick, then add a drink.
- Set the dough aside for 15 minutes so that all the ingredients begin to interact with each other: the semolina swells, the flour sticks together a little, and the soda affects the drink.
- While the dough is settling, cut the apples into slices.
- Sprinkle the apple pieces with cinnamon.
- Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and sprinkle a little sifted flour on the bottom.
- Add vegetable oil to the present dough and stir until smooth.
- Pour the apples into the bowl, lining them up in a single layer.
- Sprinkle more cinnamon over the apples, if desired, and pour over the batter.
- Cook in the “Bake” mode for 50 minutes, and then keep on heat for another 10 minutes.
Now you understand how to prepare charlotte with apples in a Redmond slow cooker using kefir and how to get a tasty dish with almost no difficulty. Share in the comments if you have already tried cooking.
