- Place butter (50 g), sugar and milk in a thick-bottomed pan. Over medium heat, bring the mixture until the sugar and butter dissolve.
- Add cocoa powder, stirring, bring the mixture to a boil and continue cooking it over low heat for several minutes. Stir the mixture constantly and watch closely. because it might burn.
- Remove the chocolate mass from the heat and let it cool.
- While the mixture is cooling, let's make flour.
- Sift wheat flour with salt and combine with 150g. butter and an egg. Quickly grind the dough with your hands into large butter crumbs.
- Now add the prepared chocolate mass to the butter crumbs and knead the dough. The result should be a homogeneous chocolate cookie dough. The dough comes out very tender and soft, so it should be left for 1 hour in a cold place. Cover the dough with cling film and refrigerate for one hour.
- After the dough becomes dense and can be worked with, we begin making shortbread cookies. You can use molds, you can cut the dough into squares or create it in the form of circles. In other words, we act at our own discretion.
8. Bake the prepared cookies in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes (the time also depends on the size and thickness of the cookies).
