Cupcakes for a children's party

Colorful, beautiful and very tasty cupcakes are simply perfect for a children's party. Preparing and decorating them perfectly is not difficult even for a novice housewife.

Ingredients

Cupcake batter:

  • 200-250 g flour
  • 150 g sugar
  • 2 testicles
  • 100 g butter
  • 50 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp soda (slaked with vinegar)
  • + raisins, cocoa powder and nuts – optional
  • 200 ml cream 30-35%
  • 2 tbsp. sweet powder
  • strawberries, kiwi and raspberries - to taste
  • sweet straw (preferably in chocolate) – optional

Recipe for making a dish at home

  1. Cut the butter into small pieces and leave in a warm place for half an hour until it becomes very soft. Mix soda with sour cream and leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat the melted butter with a mixer until fluffy at high speed. Without ceasing to beat the butter, add sugar in a narrow stream and beat for another 5-7 minutes until it is almost completely dissolved.
  3. Beat in the raw eggs one at a time, thoroughly kneading with a mixer until smooth. At the end of whipping, add sour cream and soda and mix at low speed.
  4. Sift the flour through a sieve and add it evenly into the butter mixture, stir with a spatula until smooth. At this step, you can add raisins steamed in hot water in advance (then dry them on a napkin) and/or peeled and crushed nuts.
  5. Divide the dough into the molds, greasing them with butter and sprinkling with flour. Bake the cupcakes for about half an hour until golden brown.
  6. Remove the molds, cover with a light towel and let them “rest” for about 15 minutes. Remove the towel, remove the cupcakes from the molds and let cool.
  7. Beat the chilled cream at high speed with a mixer until stiff peaks form; at the end, evenly add the sweet powder. Wash fruits and berries, cut into small slices of similar size. Break the straw into small pieces.
  8. Decorate the cooled cupcakes with whipped cream, fruits, berries and butterfly straws, as in the photo. It is better to serve ready-made cupcakes for a children's party immediately after production. Enjoy your tea!

Ingredients for Children's Birthday Muffins:

  • Wheat flour / Flour – 240 g
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • Vanilla pudding - 1 package.
  • Sugar - 140 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 piece
  • Vegetable oil - 80 g
  • Serum – 250 ml
  • Dragee (colored)
  • Sweet powder - 150 g

Cupcake recipes for kids

Cupcakes for children can be baked for any day or prepared for a special occasion.

Curd cupcakes (for children over 2 years old)

Compound:

* sugar - 3 tbsp.

* chicken egg - 1 pc.
* cottage cheese - 200 g
* millet flour.
- 2 tbsp. spoons * semolina - 2 tbsp.

Production : Beat the egg with sugar. After this, add cottage cheese and mix. Then add soda, slaked with vinegar, semolina and flour, mix.

Grease the baking molds with butter and fill them with curd mass. Bake the cottage cheese muffins in the oven for 30 minutes (you can also cook them in a double boiler for 40 minutes). The resulting delicious and light cupcakes can be served with cherry compote or a fruit cocktail.

Cupcake with raisins (for children over 1.5 years old)

Compound:

* sugar - 100 g
* vegetable oil.
- 4 tbsp. spoons * millet flour.
— 300 g * chicken egg — 3 pcs.
* soda - 1/3 teaspoon
* sour cream - 120 g
* raisins - 100 g

Production : To prepare the cake, first beat the sugar with the eggs. Then add sour cream and vegetable oil and mix everything. Put flour and soda into the dough. Mix the cake batter well.

Wash the raisins and dry them on a towel, roll them in flour.
Add it to the dough and mix. Grease the cake pan with vegetable oil and place 2/3 of the dough in it.

We prepare the cake with raisins in a double boiler (45 minutes) or bake it in the oven for 30-35 minutes (we check the readiness with a wooden stick - if the dough does not remain on it, the cake is ready).

Christmas cupcakes for children (from 3 years old)

Compound:

* chicken egg – 6 pcs.
* margarine (or better yet butter) – 250 g
* sour cream – 500 g
* sugar – 1 cup
* millet flour.
– 600 g * nuts – 100 g
* salt – pinch
* honey – 1 teaspoon
* soda – 1 teaspoon
* cinnamon – 1 teaspoon

Production : To make Christmas cupcakes, grind margarine (butter) with sugar, add the yolks and mix. Add sour cream and soda, mix. Beat the whites and add them to the dough, mix. Melt the honey, add cinnamon, mix and add to the dough. Grind the nuts with a blender or grind through a meat grinder.

Add flour, nuts and salt to the dough. Knead the dough well, it should be similar to thick sour cream.

Grease the shapes with vegetable oil and place them in the dough. Bake in the oven until done (the cooking time will depend on the size of the cupcakes, for not very huge cupcakes 30 minutes will be enough, for medium ones - about 45 minutes, and for huge ones - about an hour).

Cupcakes with kefir (children from 1.5 years old)

Compound:

* drink - 1 glass
* millet flour.
- 400 g * chicken egg - 1-2 pcs.
* soda - 0.5 teaspoon
* sugar - 1 cup

Production : Beat eggs and add soda, drink, sugar, mix. Add flour and knead the dough well. Grease the molds with oil and place the cake batter there.

We bake the cupcakes or steam them in a double boiler for 30-45 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden stick.

Kefir muffins are very tasty; both adults and children will like them.
