Combine flour with sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix butter, milk and eggs separately. Pour the mixture into the flour and mix very quickly so that the bread does not lose its fluffiness. Place the mold in the oven for 45 minutes. Mode – “Baking”.
How to bake

It comes out tall, shaggy, moderately wet and immediately crumbly (due to the addition of corn flour), fragrant and sunny. Perfect for making sandwiches, you can serve it with first courses or create sweet or cheese croutons from corn bread.
When making baked goods with corn flour, remember that it makes dishes crumbly, so you shouldn’t increase the amount - stick to the recommended recipe. I do not recommend replacing dry instant yeast with simply dry or compressed yeast when making bread in a bread machine.

The recipe for this simple, savory bread machine recipe includes the following ingredients: two types of flour (wheat and fine corn), milk, butter, salt, sweet granules, dry active yeast and a little turmeric for the richest color.
Pour warm (slightly warmer than human body temperature) milk and melted butter into the bread machine container.
Then sift two types of flour.
Pour salt, sugar, dry instant yeast and turmeric into different corners of the container. The last component is not necessary - I add it for the most intense yellowish color.

The Gorenje bread maker is a small device, similar in size to a microwave oven. The necessary ingredients for baking are poured into a rectangular bowl. The lid is locked, the key is pressed and at the appointed time the delicious bread will be ready.
- 480 ml whey;
- 40 g refined oil;
- 15 g salt;
- 45 g sweet sand;
- 200 g corn flour;
- 450 g wheat flour;
- 16 g dry yeast.

- Pour the heated whey into the bowl of the bread machine, add refined oil, it will give the product a fluffy appearance.
- Using a double-sided spoon (supplied with the device), add salt and sweet sand.

- Then, using a sieve, sift 300 g of wheat flour into it. And immediately sift 200 g of corn flour. It is not worth increasing the amount of corn flour, because it makes the bread crumbly.
- Add 1 tbsp to flour. l. sugar and 1 tsp. salt. After this, add 1 tsp. baking powder for dough.
- Now it’s time for the watery components. Beat one chicken egg into a container with flour and pour approximately 340 ml of kefir with a fat content of 1%. Keep in mind that the amount of water may vary slightly depending on the type of flour you have and the size of the egg.
- Place the container back into the bread maker, turn it on and select the “Main/white bread” program.
- Based on the types of bread machines, on average baking bread in this mode takes 3-3.5 hours. After the first 5 minutes of operation of the bread machine, observe how the dough is formed; it should not stick to the walls of the container. If flour remains during kneading, add more kefir. If the dough is very liquid and separates, then add a little flour. Then do not open the lid of the bread machine until the end of production, about which it will notify you with a signal.
