What we will need:

  • chicken wings – 850 gr;
  • honey – 3 teaspoons;
  • garlic – 2 cloves;
  • sunflower oil – 1.5 tbsp. spoons;
  • soy sauce – 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt - a pinch;
  • mixture of peppers - to taste;
  • reddish ground pepper - a pinch (optional).

How to bake chicken wings in the oven in a honey-soy marinade

  1. For the sauce, combine watery honey (melt thick honey in the microwave or in a steam bath), sunflower oil and soy sauce. Then add garlic pressed through a press to the honey-soy mixture. Mix everything well.
  2. Wash the bird's wings, dry them and cut them into three parts at the joints.
  3. Place the wings in a deep vessel and sprinkle with a mixture of peppers. Add a little salt and, if desired, add reddish ground pepper for spiciness. I added a pinch of red pepper - its spiciness was offset by the honey.
  4. Pour the marinade over the wings and stir until all the meat is covered with the sauce. When baked, a golden brown crust appears, which will prevent the juice from leaking out. Cover with a lid and transfer to the refrigerator. Leave it like this for a couple of hours. During this period of time, the pieces can be mixed a couple of times.
  5. Then we transfer the chicken wings, marinated in honey and soy sauce, into a baking dish and pour the remaining liquid on top.

  1. Rinse the chicken, divide into parts (take the shoulder and the 2nd joint).
