How to prepare a salad with champignons and ham
We prepare products
- First we must boil the eggs and potatoes in their jackets.
- Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into cubes and finely chop the onion into cubes.
- In a heated frying pan, first fry the onion in oil, and after 5 minutes add mushrooms, a pinch of salt and cook everything together until golden brown.
- Cut the ham into strips.
- Peel the boiled potatoes and chop them into small cubes.
- Three eggs on a large grater, add some salt and mix with mayonnaise.
- We also grate the cheese, add garlic and mayonnaise, passed through a press, and mix everything.
Assembling the salad
- As the first layer, distribute a layer of ham around the dish and apply a mayonnaise mesh on it.
- Next, add the potatoes, add a little salt, and apply mayonnaise.
- In a third layer, spread the mushrooms and onions mixed with mayonnaise over the potatoes, and apply an egg layer on top of them.

- fresh champignons – 450 g
- carrots – 2 pcs.
- ham – 300 g
- onion – 1 pc.
- boiled chicken eggs – 2 pcs.

- vegetable oil – 35 g
First you need to clean the champignons, cut them into small pieces and place them in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Fry the mushrooms until cooked, and then set aside to allow the mushrooms to cool. While the champignons are frying, you need to cut the ham into small cubes.
The carrots need to be peeled and grated on a small grater. Heat the vegetable oil in the frying pan again and place the carrots on it. Fry the carrots until soft.

- fresh tomatoes – 3 pcs.
- Chedar cheese – 150 g
- fresh champignons – 230 g
- canned mushrooms – 100 g
- ham – 350 g
- bell pepper – 1 pc.
- mayonnaise - 150 g
- table salt, ground dark pepper - a pinch
Tomatoes must be washed, dried and cut into small cubes. Cheddar cheese also cut into cubes. Peel and cut the freshest champignons into slices. Peel the bell pepper, remove seeds and membranes and cut the flesh into cubes. Cut the ham into small strips. Open a jar of canned mushrooms, drain the marinade and cut any mushroom into four parts. - veal tongue – 200 g
- smoked ham – 200 g
- chicken meat – 150 g

- canned cucumbers - 150 g
- boiled chicken eggs – 5 pcs.
- sunflower oil – 100 ml
- sweet powder – 2 tsp.
- lemon juice – 3 tbsp.
- salt - a pinch
- fresh parsley and dill – 1 bunch
First you need to boil pork, chicken and veal tongue in a saucepan. When everything is ready, cool and cut into cubes. Boil potatoes with skins, peel and cut into cubes. Boil two eggs for 8 minutes, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Remove the jar of canned cucumbers from the jar and cut them into strips. Open the jar of canned champignons, discard in a colander, wash a little and cut into pieces.
To make the dressing, break other raw eggs, separate the whites from the yolks and beat the yolks with sweet powder and salt. Later add sunflower oil and lemon juice. Beat everything with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
Combine all the salad ingredients in one bowl, season with the prepared sauce and mix thoroughly. Place the salad in a heap in a salad bowl and garnish with fresh parsley and dill.
