I have loved pizza since I was a teenager! When there were the necessary products at home, my mother baked it for my brother and me. Later, during our student days, we often walked with our classmates to pizzerias.

But I didn’t like the taste of this dish everywhere. And in some places, from the end of the fourth year, I plunged into cooking headlong, and began to cook more often and more. I even bought a colorful book with recipes for different types of pizza dough and innards. At first I only cooked from there, and then I started experimenting, which is what I’ve been doing for the last couple of years.

Pizza with sausage is a universal dish. It is savory, filling, moderately spicy, and even solemn. A couple of times, instead of cutlets and baked chicken, I made pizza for my own birthday. All the guests were very pleased!

I combined the milk with boiled water and brought this mass to a pleasantly warm temperature. Dry yeast was spread in it.

I didn’t add sugar, although you can add it if you wish, 1-2 tsp. it will be enough.

In a separate bowl I combined the eggs with cottage cheese and salt. Mixed everything well with a whisk.

My cottage cheese is 9% pack.

When the yeast cap rose, I added the egg-curd mixture to it. I also added half a glass of sifted rye flour and a glass of wheat flour.

She stirred thoroughly and poured in the sunflower oil.

Then I sifted about four more glasses of wheat flour and kneaded a flexible dough that did not stick to my hands.

I cut the sausage into fairly thin pieces.

I divided the dough into three parts. I rolled each one out to the size of my own baking sheets.

I needed to feed three families, so I decided to make pizza for each.

Place any layer of dough on a greased baking sheet and cover 2 tbsp on top. l. sunflower oil.

Then - tomato sauce. Placed the sausage on the tomato layer.

I made the sauce from my own summer preparations. Its main ingredients are tomatoes, yellow bell peppers, and onions. You can use tomato paste or ketchup, but in this case reduce their quantity, because they have the richest taste.

The greens were washed, dried and chopped with a knife. I grated the cheese on a large grater.
