Ingredients:

  • premium wheat flour - one glass;
  • finely ground salt - a pinch;
  • jam.

Manufacturing:

  1. Lingonberry, cranberry, apricot, pear, apple, cherry - the choice of jam is varied. For the inside, choose what suits your taste specifically.
  2. Break the chicken eggs into a bowl with high sides. To make it easier for them to whip up into a mixture suitable for us, it is better to use them chilled.
  3. Immediately add sweet sand.
  4. Next we send crystalline vanillin. If you are using essence, a few drops are enough.
  5. Now we arm ourselves with a blender with a suitable attachment or a mixer. Beat the indicated ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. She must turn into light foam. The sweet crystals will completely dissolve.
  6. Sift the wheat flour separately, and then add it to the watery base.
  7. We put kitchen appliances aside. For this step we will need a silicone spatula.
  8. Using progressive movements, slowly, mix the dough. Fill the silicone mold with dough. If you use a baking sheet, then line it with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
  9. The sponge cake is baked for about 10 minutes at a temperature threshold of 180°. Please note that the oven door must not be opened during baking. Otherwise, the dough will sag and the sponge cake will turn out flat.
  10. After baking, transfer the roll base to a towel moistened with chilled water. Quickly roll up the roll.
  11. Then we quickly unroll the roll and grease its surface with jam.
