Hi all. Friends, now I would like to share my favorite recipe for cheesecakes, they turn out to be dietary and very tasty. Prepared with the addition of grated apple.
For cheesecakes, dry cottage cheese of medium fat content is suitable; you can take homemade or store-bought. If there is moisture in it, you can put it on a paper napkin so that it is absorbed.

You can cook them with berries, bananas, chocolate, raisins, and other dried fruits. Now, I have a simple and affordable recipe for cottage cheese pancakes with a greenish apple. There are seven varieties of apples, but it could be any other.
How to cook cottage cheese pancakes with apples and semolina in a frying pan - recipe
This is a good option for breakfast, and ecstasy for kids, they absolutely adore them. You can cook it not only in the morning, but also for lunch or dinner, use it as a sweet or dessert.
Ingredients:
- 400 g cottage cheese 5%
- 4 heaped tablespoons of semolina
- 1 medium apple
- 1 testicle (CO group)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 100 g flour for dredging
- 3 tablespoons oil for frying
Semolina can be replaced with oatmeal or high-quality cereal.
1. Place cottage cheese in a bowl; I have store-bought cottage cheese. You can use homemade one, but I don’t recommend using low-fat because it’s a bit runny and may require more flour or semolina.
2. I beat in a chicken egg and add salt.
3. I mix everything with a fork, if you took “grainy”, then you can pass it through a meat grinder or a sieve. But I love when pieces come across.
4. I add semolina, I add 4 heaped tablespoons, because we also have an apple in it, and it can release juice. The cereal will “swell” and absorb excess water.
5. I grate 1 apple, having previously peeled the skin and removed the center. Three on a small or large grater, I love when I come across pieces.
As you can see, I don’t add sugar, so you can safely call cheesecakes with apples dietary, suitable for people watching their weight and those with diabetes.
I have the Semerenko variety, but you can take any, the main ones are not very juicy, sweet and sour, sour or sweet. If the apple is juicy, rub it and squeeze out the juice with your hands.
6. I mix everything and leave the mixture on the table for 10 minutes so that the cereal absorbs water, the fruit does not darken or blacken, and remains the same in the finished product.
7. Now take the mass with a tablespoon or your hand, roll it into a ball, and roll it in flour.
I pour flour either on the table or in a bowl. I roll the purchased round piece in flour on all sides, rolling it like a “bun”, and then flatten it. Use your palm to give it an oval shape on the sides.
8. Now I fry it in vegetable oil in a frying pan. I heat it up, reduce the heat to medium, pour in the oil, and lay out the products.
Almost everyone recommends freezing if they fall apart, but I think it’s better not to cook these, because they will fall apart even after freezing. The dough should not be liquid; if liquid, add more semolina or oatmeal (flakes).
9. Fry for 1-2 minutes on one side, and the same on the other, you can reduce the heat, but then fry a little longer. You can also cover it with a lid, I don’t cover it.
10. Turn over and fry on the 2nd side. I use refined oil.
11. To remove excess vegetable oil, because some of it is absorbed during frying, I advise you to place it on a paper towel. But I don't do that. At least for now.
If you spread it, some of the fat will be absorbed into it. I just put it on a plate, and if you want to remove the fat, place a paper towel on it. These are the “beauties” I got.
12. I got 9 pieces. You may have more or less, depending on the size. You can serve sprinkled with sweet powder, sour cream or jam. Delicious with strawberry or cherry, it’s up to you to decide, there’s no arguing about tastes.
I eat it plain, from time to time with sour cream, from time to time with sweet tea. It is indescribably tasty and satisfying. Serves 2, maximum 3 people for breakfast, or as an addition to breakfast.

The usual recipe for cottage cheese pancakes with apples. It takes no more than 15 minutes to prepare such a breakfast. The dish turns out satisfying and tasty.
List of ingredients:
- Crumbled cottage cheese – 300 g.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Apple – 1 pc.
- Wheat flour – 2 tbsp.
- Sweet sand – 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon – 1 pinch.
- Salt.
Manufacturing method:
- Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind using a blender. The mass should be homogeneous, knead the lumps.
- Beat the egg well. Mix with cottage cheese, add sifted flour, sugar, salt, cinnamon. Mix everything. If the dough is very watery, you can add a little more flour.
- Peel the apple, remove seeds and core. Grate the pulp on a large grater or cut into cubes. Immediately transfer it to the dough so that the apple does not darken. You can add a little lemon juice.
- Wet your hands with cool water and form small flattened cheesecakes. Sprinkle them with flour on top so that later they get a golden brown crust.

- Cottage cheese – 300 g.
- Apple – 1 pc.
- Testicle – 2 pcs.
- Sweet sand – 2 tbsp.
- Vanillin – ½ tsp.
Stages of making a dish:
- Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or grind in a blender. Add sweet sand, sifted flour, vanillin.
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat with a whisk.
- Wash the apple, peel it, remove the seeds and core. Mix with curd mass and whipped egg white. Mix the dough with your hands until it becomes homogeneous.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment or baking paper and grease the top with vegetable oil.

Cheesecakes with cottage cheese with apples in a slow cooker - a recipe for those who want to save time, but prepare a tasty and satisfying breakfast.
List of ingredients:
- Cottage cheese – 300 g.
- Testicle – 2 pcs.
- Apple – 1 pc.
- Sweet sand – 3 tbsp.
- Wheat flour – 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon ½ tsp.
Manufacturing method:
- Place the cottage cheese in a separate bowl. Mash it with a fork to get rid of lumps. Crumbled cottage cheese can be ground in a blender.
- Beat the eggs with a whisk or mixer, add sugar. To make the dish less caloric, you can use flower or linden honey instead of sugar.
- Wash the apple, peel it, remove the core and seeds. Grate the pulp or cut into small cubes. Mix with cottage cheese.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top and add sifted flour. Knead the resulting lumps. The dough should not be very thick, but homogeneous.
- Use your hands to form small sized curd balls. Wet your hands with water from time to time to prevent the dough from sticking. Roll the balls in wheat flour and flatten the edges so that the cheesecakes become flat and take on a classic shape.
- Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Place the cheesecakes inside at a sufficient distance from each other. Set the “Fry” mode on the panel and fry the cheesecakes on both sides until you get a golden brown crust.
- Transfer the finished cheesecakes to a plate covered with a cardboard napkin.

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING RECIPE
Place 500 grams of cottage cheese in a bowl, grind it well, or use a blender. Break 2 eggs. Peel 2 apples and grate them on a large grater. Squeeze the juices out of the apples and add to the cottage cheese.
We put 3 tbsp. l semolina with a slide, 3 tbsp. sugar, add vanillin, if desired, you can add cinnamon. Mix and leave the dough for 15-20 minutes so that the semolina swells and the dough becomes thicker.
After 15 minutes, put the dough into the molds. Place in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Spicy Jamaican Jerk Chicken
Ingredients for 5 servings:
for brine:
sea salt 75 g
cane sugar 60 g
allspice 5 g
boneless chicken legs 2 kg
for jerk paste:
soy sauce 250 ml
crushed dried chili 20 g
green onion 100 g
crushed dark pepper 5 g
granulated garlic 10 g

Manufacturing method:
1. Heat salt, sugar, allspice, garlic, chili and ginger in 1.5 liters of water until salt and sugar dissolve. Cool and add chicken, covering with a lid. Place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.
2. Prepare Jerk paste. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Remove the chicken from the brine and pat dry. Place in a bowl and coat generously with paste (reserving a few spoonfuls for the sauce). Cover with film and refrigerate for another 12 hours.
3. Prepare BBQ sauce. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add grated ginger and onion and cook for 10 minutes. Add ketchup, cane sugar and jerk paste. Cook for another 1 hour. Beat with a blender until smooth.
4. Preheat the grill to 180 degrees, place the chicken on the grid and cook for 15 minutes, turning once. Brush with barbecue sauce and cook for another 10 minutes (you can add wood chips and smoke the chicken at this step if desired). Your jamaican jerk chicken is ready! Serve with a generous helping of BBQ sauce and white bread.
Sourdough bread without yeast

I got into the habit of baking bread without yeast. I learned a long time ago how to create delicious sourdough bread. The buns turn out quite beautiful, incredibly tasty and completely unprofitable! If you buy a loaf of bread from the store, it will last for two days. And this kind of bread is eaten at a time - it is very tasty. But that doesn’t stop us – we’re still going through the door))
What is needed for sourdough?
Rye flour,
Warm water,
Jar (700 ml, no more) and a cloth.
DAY 1. Pour 100 ml of warm water into a jar and add 4 tablespoons of rye flour.
Mix. You should get a mixture of sour cream. All this stuff now needs to be placed in a black, warm space, covered with a cloth or towel. The flour will begin to sour and smell like sour bread. DAY 2. The next day, add another 100 ml of warm water and add 2 tbsp.
rye flour. We also carefully alter everything and send the covered jar to a warm, black space for the day. DAY 3. On the 3rd day the starter will be foamy with a sour smell.
We do everything the same as on day 2. Leave it for a day. DAY 4. If the sourdough smells sour, bursts with popping bubbles, and is airy and foamy, it means it’s ready.
What is needed for the test?

Sugar (possibly without it)
We make dough from half of the starter!
Add 600 ml of warm water, salt (1/2 tbsp) and sugar (you can use 1/2 or 1 tbsp), you don’t have to add sugar at all. Beat thoroughly. Now you can create it in different ways:
Option 1. Wheat bread. Add enough wheat flour to the dough until the dough is quite stiff. The main thing is to make sure that the dough more or less holds its shape and does not stick to your hands. This kind of bread is very tasty, but it is eaten at a time and tastes more like a bun.
Option 2. Rye bread. Add only rye flour. This kind of bread is significantly darker and heavier, and naturally more satisfying. I don't really like it.
Option 3. Wheat-rye. Here you can vary the amount of flour. Usually I do either 1:1 or 3 parts wheat and 1 part rye. This is the most delicious bread: not as light as pure wheat bread and more filling, but incredibly savory.
So, knead the dough as needed. Now we divide into portions. If anyone has bread molds, they need to be filled 1/3 full with dough, greased with butter beforehand. Now it is necessary for the dough to sit and rise. In a warm room, the bread rises in about 30 minutes. Then put it in the oven at 180C for 30-40 minutes, depending on the shape and size.
Now, the main thing is to wait until the bread has at least cooled down, so the smell of freshly roasted bread does not give anyone peace.
Where to put the leftover sourdough?
Cover the remaining half tightly with a lid and place in the refrigerator. There it can be stored for up to 10 days. If you want to continue making such bread, then you can remove the starter from the refrigerator 1 day before cooking, warm it at room temperature, add 150 ml of warm water and 3 tbsp. rye flour. And stop fermenting for a day in a warm place. Later, divide it in half again and put the leftovers in the refrigerator. And everything goes in circles.
