Let it cook for 15 minutes, and in the meantime, grease the entire surface of the small form with oil and discard the soaked raisins on a sieve.

Remove the large pan from the oven. Using a spatula, divide it into parts of approximately the same area and shape as the bottom of a small mold. Are there small pieces left? Nothing terrible. Carefully place one large piece of baked curd mass on the bottom of a small form, then lightly sprinkle with raisins or candied fruits, then place the second large piece - and so on.
