The recipe for chicken cutlets with cheese includes chicken breast (you can take skinless chicken fillet), cheese (hard or semi-hard), snow-white bread, milk, chicken egg, onion, salt, breadcrumbs and refined vegetable oil.

Let's get started. Grind the chicken breast (don't forget to wash and dry it) into minced meat. To do this, grind the meat through a meat grinder or use a food processor with an Iron Knife attachment.

Similarly, grind the peeled onion into a puree and add it to the minced meat. If you wish, you can also add chopped garlic.

Then it's the turn of cheese. I also put it through a meat grinder and it looks like a narrow sausage. You can chop it finely with a knife.

Add one chicken egg, salt to taste. You can also add pepper.

At the end, soak the snow-white bread in cool milk, squeeze it out and crumble it into minced meat. Do not pour out the remaining milk - also add to the minced meat.
