  • 120 g non-sour sour cream;
  • 120 g soft cream cheese;
  • 50 g sugar
  • ½ tsp. vanilla essence;
  • 100 g pecans.

Mix sour cream, soft cheese, sugar (you can use less than the initial quantity of goods, it all depends on your taste preferences) and vanilla essence. Pour the mixture over the grapes, sprinkle pecans on top (not very finely chopped and toasted). It is recommended to leave the salad overnight (that is, in the dark) so that it is soaked. Before serving, you can garnish the top with grape slices.
