  • Three tablespoons of lemon juice;
  • 200 grams of marmalade;
  • 100 ml syrup;
  • Three tablespoons of cocoa powder;
  • Half a can of condensed milk;
  • 150 grams of butter;
  • 50 grams of snow-white and dark chocolate;

Mix flour with cocoa. In a mixer, beat the yolks with sugar. Mix condensed milk with sour cream (fat content 15% or higher). Separately beat the whites until fluffy foam. Mix sour cream and condensed milk with flour, add the yolks and lastly the whites. All that remains is to add soda (quench with vinegar). Now divide the dough into two parts and bake two shortcakes.
