Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 testicle
  • 200 ml water
  • 20 ml refined sunflower oil
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Baking powder - 1 tsp

If you are annoyed that the quantity is given in glasses and you do not realize how much it is in grams, because... glasses are all different, then I’ll tell you a little secret - the Russian cut glass has historically been accepted as the ideal measure “glass”. 6. Take the remaining piece of dough and roll it out with a rolling pin to a thickness of 3-5 mm.
